The murderers who murdered that 10 year old girl were convicted of murder no matter how many times you try to pretend it's not murder.

Well you support murder anyway as long as it's killing "illegals" so why are you bothered by a murder rate whatever it is?

Right. Hatred is license to break into someone's house, rob him, murder him and his 10 year old girl, because sometime earlier they broke the law. Okay. dannno, this is exactly what I was talking about. Now post a video to defend it. I'm sure Stefan has something.

And this is where that thinking leads. But it's okay. She deserved to die. /sarcasm http://www.briseniaflores.com/home2.html The picture you see to the left is of a precious child named Brisenia Flores. She beams an awkward little smile for the photographer that is common in children of that age. But unlike other children, Brisenia will never again flash that beautiful smile to a photographer, or to anyone else for that matter. That is because on March 30 of this year, Brisenia, who was nine years old at the time, was murdered in her home by armed members of a right-wing paramilitary group. Right-wing militias, deaths squads and other paramilitary organizations were relatively common in Latin America during the tumultuous 1980s, and their horrendous crimes and history of cruel human rights abuses are well known and have been extensively documented by human rights groups. What makes Brisenia's murder different isn't just that the crime ocurred more recently, but that it ocurred on American soil, and that the violent paramilitary organization that murdered her while she recoiled and wept, pleading for her life, was an American terrorist organization known as the Minutemen American Defense organization, a group whose founder, Shawna Forde, has well established ties to larger and better known anti-immigrant groups such as the Minutemen and FAIR, the Federation For American Immigration Reform (Forde once claimed to be a spokesperson for FAIR on television, though that group denies she was a member). I did not personally know Brisenia or her family, but reading of the crime moved me deeply. The American political scene has of late been dominated by a dark and dangerous undercurrent of nativist, anti-immigrant demagoguery served up by irresponsible propagandists such as CNN's Lou Dobbs and Fox New's Bill O'Reilly and race-baiting politicians such as U.S. Congressman Tom Tancredo among many, many others. As a Chicano this vicious hate-mongering concerns me personally. We are a nation of immigrants who ourselves bear the mark of Cain for the crimes our ancestors committed against the original inhabitants of this land. The discussion of any issues and concerns that might arise from the flow of people and goods accross our nation's Southern border should not and cannot be left solely to the dark voices of hatred and divisiveness that daily pollute our radio waves and cheapen our political discourse. In the coming days, weeks and months, I hope to continue to develop this site so that it can be of service in promoting a more humane vision of America's future and a reasonable approach to understanding and living with with our brothers and sisters to the South (and those from China, Korea, Poland, Mali, Haiti, and elsewhere) who seek the promise of freedom and prosperity that America has held out to others for centuries:

Well thankfully most states don't give you a license to kill everyone who breaks any law. "There's a shoplifter! Gun her down!"

Well you haven't needed to post it to me because I understood Rand's strategy before most people did. I made peace with the anti-liberty things he was saying while he was running. I knew it wouldn't stop after that. So good for you that you caught up with me years later. Maybe years later you will catch up and realize that people running around talking about how women and children should be killed for crossing a border isn't good for the liberty movement. Then again, maybe you won't ever figure that out.

And since Trump has been elected you have been a perpetual time waster. Meanwhile, while I have wasted time with you, in a chatroom I've helped explain to a 19 y/o girl who was trying to get me to vote for Ted Cruz' democratic opponent (even though I'm from Tennessee, not Texas), why both parties suck. She actually seemed to be getting it so tonight hasn't been a total waste.

Nowhere in the definition of nativist is the idea that you can't believe in some immigration. Definition of nativism. 1 : a policy of favoring native inhabitants as opposed to immigrants. 2 : the revival or perpetuation of an indigenous culture especially in opposition to acculturation. And you're right. You're worse than a nativist. Sorry to put down nativists.

There was no point to the video. You're just shilling and wasting my time. You always do that. There is no "main point." You haven't made a point in years. You are just trying to get people to watch stupid videos. You made a claim that was proven wrong and now you can't let it go. There is a phrase for your condition. It's called stuck on stupid.

I assumed, wrongly I guess, that you were intelligent enough to defend your own video. You said that the logic of the video was that we shouldn't brain drain from lower IQ countries. I pointed out that many of the countries where the H1B visas are coming from have higher aggregate math and science scores than the U.S. So I will not be bullied into watching your stupid video just because you lack the intelligence needed to defend it.

Do you honestly think that someone who signs up for Ashley Madison doesn't know what they are all about just because there is a new CEO, logo and motto? The name Ashley Madison is synonymous with "hook up site that specializes in married people who want to have affairs." I assume that all websites can be hacked. I assume they are also crooked enough to sell my information to the highest bidder. I also assume that they are in bed (pardon the pun) with the NSA and will give them full access any time it is asked. One of the things that Edward Snowden revealed is that the NSA found an exploit to crack SSL but didn't inform anybody because they wanted to be able to use it at will, but the exploit leaked out and black hat and white hat hackers were using it. The idea that your information on a site like Ashley Madison might be secure if they just didn't outsource to foreign nationals and/or bring those nationals here is extremely naive.

Nativist crap is popular here. I gave you an example. You ignored it and went on your never ending quest to pimp Stefan Molyneaux. You must have shares in his ad revenues or something. Edit: And you also ignored this. And no, I don't think the "We want to help other low IQ countries by preventing a brain drain" argument is valid either as the U.S. is academically behind many of the countries were the H1-B visa types are coming from. Lastly, I doubt you even know what the term nativist means.

Ashley Madison's business model makes no sense outsourcing or no outsourcing. Anybody can be hacked. You had people using government email addresses to sign up for a website based on adultery. Not a hookup website (there are plenty of them) where you might fight single people, swingers and cheaters, but a 100% "this is for having an affair" website. Not that I have never done something stupid in my life. Just not that particular brand of stupid. And yet.....Ashley Madison is still in business. Sucker born every minute I suppose.

Okay. Let me put it another way. It's much easier to outsource IT then it is to move a factory. And some jobs can't be outsourced at all. (Trauma nurse for instance. Even with telemedicine, at some point somebody has to stick the IV in.) I may not have direct experience with someone doing the managing but I've seen it done successfully by people not nearly as smart as you or me. And as to your question on "would we need many of those H1-Bs", it's a cost / benefit curve. How many extra workers do you need for a particular task and how much of a problem is the time zone / language barrier? If adding a few worker who got their PhD in computer linguistics as a foreign student helps your smart phone design team then hire them. If you can't hire them because they can't get an H1-B then at some point it makes sense to outsource.

It doesn't make sense because you are an idiot and/or dishonest and you have been for some time. I made the comment about there being nativists here, which there are, and like a total a$$hole you claimed there were not based on some video of Tom Woods and Stefan Molenuex. I didn't say Tom Woods and Stefan Molenuex are nativists. And that was my original point. There are nativists here and some of them actually want to hurt people. This is one of those "if the shoe doesn't fit then don't wear it" moments.
