. See 4 Republican Senators in Private Talks That Could Kill Current Tax Reform Bill ”Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake and Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford are among the four — enough to stop a bill that can only spare two Republican defections — who have concerns about a tax reform bill that was estimated to hike the deficit by $1.5 trillion over 10 years. The other two senators have not publicly confirmed their concerns.” Sen. Flake continued: “I’ve been concerned for a long time on our debt and deficit — that’s what animates me,” “There are a couple other people who are concerned as well. We can do tax reform in ways that will grow the economy but we can’t just ignore the debt and deficit.” If Senator Jeff Flake were sincerely concerned that the House Bill may raise the deficit by $1.5 Trillion over a ten year period, he would offer an amendment to the tax reform bill dealing with the alleged concern. In fact, he could offer an amendment that would require Congress to immediately extinguish year-end deficits, should they occur, as is found in the Fair Share Balanced Budget Amendment.

It is not "tax reform". It is income tax manipulation which keeps alive the notoriously evil and arbitrary powers associated with the communist/socialist income tax. It is an ongoing attack on our free market system and allows our Washington Swamp Creatures to use the power of taxation to subvert and undermine our nation's founding principles. Real tax reform is found in the Fair Share Balanced Budget Amendment! “SECTION 1. The Sixteenth Amendment is hereby repealed and Congress is henceforth forbidden to lay ``any`` tax or burden calculated from profits, gains, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized money. NOTE: these words would return us to our founding father’s ORIGINAL TAX PLAN as they intended it to operate! They would also end the experiment with allowing Congress to lay and collect taxes calculated from lawfully earned "incomes" which now oppresses America‘s economic engine and robs the bread which working people have earned when selling their labor! "SECTION 2. Congress ought not raise money by borrowing, but when the money arising from imposts duties and excise taxes are insufficient to meet the public exigencies, and Congress has raised money by borrowing during the course of a fiscal year, Congress shall then lay a direct tax at the beginning of the next fiscal year for an amount sufficient to extinguish the preceding fiscal year's deficit, and apply the revenue so raised to extinguishing said deficit."

. See Trump Hails 'Big Win' For Tax Reform--13 GOP Reps Disagree ”President Trump on Thursday praised the House GOP’s passage of their tax reform plan, calling it a “big win” for reform.” The fact is, President Trump's support for the House Bill does absolutely nothing to reform the manner in which Congress raises its federal revenue! Does President Trump’s tax reform end unequal direct taxation and restore our Constitution’s rule of apportioning direct taxation? No!

No. The should be marched off to jail for illegal entry. And countless do not pay any income taxes. Many work off the books, below the going wage and get paid in cash and off the books. JWK There was a time not too long ago in New York when the able-bodied were ashamed to accept home relief, a program created by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931 when he was Governor. Now, New York City and many other major cities are infested with countless government cheese factions, including recent abled bodied immigrants, who not only demand welfare, but use it to buy beer, wine, drugs, sex, and Lotto tickets.

Nothing is "made up" or inaccurate if they are able bodied and too lazy to work enough hours to meet their own economic needs, and they receive government cheese. Aside from that we wouldn't have this problem if our Constitution's original tax plan was inforce and Congress' primary source of revenue came from imposts, duties and excise taxes on specifically selected articles of consumption, preferably articles of luxury. And this brings us back to the topic of the thread which concludes that the Republican Party's alleged tax reform is not reform ___ it is tax manipulation of the patently evil income tax system. JWK

And that I agree with! It is not only stealing, but was viewed as tax tyranny! "Under a just and equal Government, every individual is entitled to protection in the enjoyment of the whole product of his labor, except such portion of it as is necessary to enable Government to protect the rest; this is given only in consideration of the protection offered. In every bounty, exclusive right, or monopoly, Government violates the stipulation on her part; for, by such a regulation, the product of one man's labor is transferred to the use and enjoyment of another. The exercise of such a right on the part of Government can be justified on no other principle, than that the whole product of the labor or every individual is the real property of Government, and may be distributed among the several parts of the community by government discretion; such a supposition would directly involve the idea, that every individual in the community is merely a slave and bondsman to Government, who, although he may labor, is not to expect protection in the product of his labor. An authority given to any Government to exercise such a principle, would lead to a complete system of tyranny." ___ see Representative Giles, speaking before Congress February 3rd, 1792 One of the very reasons our founders demanded by our Constitution that No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken. was to preclude our federal government from taxing people directly and under such a tax imposing unequal tax burdens among the people and at our federal government's discretion. Keep in mind our Constitution's rule requiring "direct taxes" to be apportioned has never been repealed or altered and our Supreme Court has repeatedly stated, after the adoption of the 16th amendment, that "direct taxes" are still required to be apportioned. A direct tax when imposed directly upon the people turns out to be an equal per capita tax!

Just to note, is it not rather odd that Netflix and Hulu both pulled the revival episodes shortly after the final episode, still not having returned? Also, what the crap is going on with Wayward Pines (not that subsequent seasons are improving the plot any), is it over or not!!!

Stop with the misdirection. Using the earned income tax credit, not only do they not contribute any income taxes, but are rewarded for not taking two or three jobs to pay for their own economic needs. So, now you are going to speak for me and then attack the made-up crap you created.

They can only do their taxes on a postcard after computing their "taxable income". Most wage earners can now do their taxes on a postcard, but only after determining what their taxable income is. This postcard thing is a rope-a-dope gimmick giving you an illusion of simplicity reform! But squat! Many of the 60% of the 45% are not employed and live off various government cheese programs and do not pay payroll taxes. Your spin is absurd to say the least and also ignores the fact that productive hard working citizens in addition to paying payroll taxes, also pay taxes on their earned wages, which your free cheese crowd and lazy unproductive parasites escape. Why do you defend our parasitic, lazy and unproductive, government cheese eaters? No! They should not be allowed to vote! JWK

Well, now that the Republican “tax reform” plan has been made public, it turns out I was spot on. The Republican Party Leadership, and that includes President Trump, never had any intention to propose tax reform. What is offered is nothing more than tax manipulation ___ a continuation of manipulating taxes calculated from incomes, and keeping alive all the powers associated with this patently evil and arbitrary system of taxation. Does President Trump’s tax reform end unequal direct taxation and restore our Constitution’s rule of apportioning direct taxation? No! Does President Trump’s tax reform end our federal government’s existing use of income taxation as a weapon to attack and punish political foes? No! Does President Trump’s tax reform end our Washington Swamp Creatures ability to pick winners and losers by arbitrarily dictating what is and what is not “taxable income”? No!

    Hi I'm Chowder

I saw your debate with Wild English nut-job Rose with the Fair Tax. Man you tore him apart!

Anyway I want to say thanks for the info you posted on the Hannity Forums. I used to be a neo-con but I saw the light around December of last year.

I also used to support the fair tax and really thought for a while it seemed like a good idea. But your statements have changed my mind.

    Thanks man.

    -Chowder.

P.S Where is your sources for the info, I would like to read them more closely or did you rely mostly on the Constitution: the one document our Politicians ignore except for Ron Paul.
