But New Hampshire doesn't require auto insurance. That's discrimination against Granite Staters!

It is great that the NHGOP leaderships keeps attending and speaking at PorcFest and Liberty Forum. The Libertarian Party also spoke at PorcFest. Both the LP and the Republican Liberty Caucus have tables at PorcFest.

New Hampshire update on how the liberty people in the NH House voted on the tax cutting budget: The 2 liberty Libertarians walked. The 2 liberty Democrats voted against the budget that cuts 3 taxes. The liberty Republicans split, with 14 of them voting against the budget that cuts 3 taxes, because it wasn't pro-liberty enough. Most of the liberty Republicans settled for only cutting 3 taxes in the end. The roll call is here. http://gencourt.state.nh.us/bill_status/Roll_calls/Billstatus_billrollcalls.aspx?lsr=135&sd=2017&sy=2017&sortoption=&txtsessionyear=2017&txtbillnumber=hb144&q=1

We will find out on Thursday. Will libertarian Republicans, Democrats (yes, both of the 2 libertarian Democratic legislators in the nation are in the NH House), and Libertarians (yes, 2 of the 3 Libertarian Party legislators in the nation are in the NH House) in the New Hampshire House stop the Republican budget that calls for eliminating the tax on electricity and cutting business taxes four times? Some libertarians in the NH legislature are upset with the NH budget because it is only perhaps the best proposed budget in the nation. NH is the Live Free or Die states, so naturally they demand more for the people of NH than good legislators demand in other states. Meanwhile, Republicans in Indiana increased taxes or fees 45 times this year. Just another year of RINO control in IN. 2017 Indiana General Assembly Indiana legislature, governor hike 45 different taxes, fees paid by Hoosiers Dan Carden dan.carden@nwi.com, 317-637-9078 Jun 19, 2017 Updated 7 hrs ago http://www.nwitimes.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/indiana-legislature-governor-hike-different-taxes-fees-paid-by-hoosiers/article_fe73f291-ffe3-5b19-8e1a-ae892dc96025.html

Under the current system, a town of any size should be able to setup a school district. The old TN policy to setup school districts by county was backwards and hurt all students. The more competing districts the better. It is nice to see TN finally starting to allow town districts. This is a tiny step, but hopefully 100s of towns in TN create their own districts.

On June 16, Republican Governor Chris Sununu signed SB 17 into law. The bill changes the law for qualifying for medical cannabis for those with hepatitis C from only those that are currently receiving antiviral treatment to everyone with hepatitis C. The only sponsor of the legislation was liberty Republican Senator Reagan. The Republican controlled House and Senate both passed the bill on voice votes without opposition. The act shall is effective as of June 16th. See the bill here. http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/bill_status/billText.aspx?sy=2017&id=765&txtFormat=html

On June 16, Chris Sununu, the Republican Governor of New Hampshire, signed HB 157 into law. The law adds chronic pain to the qualifying conditions under therapeutic use of cannabis. Rand Paul endorsing Representative Eric Schleien was the primary sponsor of the bill. The bill passed the Republican controlled House 301 to 47. It passed the Republican Senate 18 to 5. The act shall take effect 60 days after its passage. The bill adds this statement to the RSAs. Exclusive: New Libertarian Representative Expected A New Hampshire State Representative is expected to defect to the Libertarian Party. Griffen Smith on June 11, 2017 https://71republic.com/2017/06/11/71r-exclusive-new-libertarian-expected-in-new-hampshire-legislature/ This would mean that 75% of all current Libertarian Party legislators are in New Hampshire. This will bring the New Hampshire Libertarian Party Minorty Caucus up to 3 members. The biggest the Caucus ever reached was 4 members.. Historically, LP candidates for state legislator have done better in elections in NH than in any other state. NH also hold the record for the most former LP legislators of any state. Vermont and Alaska are the only other states that have even made a blimp on the radar when it comes to LP legislators, and that was years ago.

It was pretty much Republicans vs. Democrats. In the House, some of the less bad Democrats supported it. Only 1 RINO opposed it in the Senate. The Senate Democrats went insane trying to demonize Bitcoin. It reminded me of the old Reefer Madness movie. These legislators might be unhinged :( The Governor had someone appointed that testified for the bill in the House and the Governor also signed the bill. House For - Against 185 - 170 178 R - 156 D 5 D - 13 R The numbers don't add up because several reps. died or resigned since the vote. Senate

The New Hampshire Bitcoin/ virtual currency bill was signed into law. I know this isn't a big deal to most people here, but some people were worried about a regulation that passed in NH in 2016. While the regulation had never been enforced, it could have been enforced in theory, and that was bad news. NH is #1 in both Bitcoin usage and in Bitcoin acceptance, so this could have caused problems and did cause some concern around the industry. Even though the regulation had never been enforced, Democrats in the NH Senate went on at length about how Bitcoin is about killing people, illegal drug use, and gangsters. I'm not even kidding! Thankfully, the Republican sponsors and the strong Bitcoin community in the state were able to get the bill to the Governor's desk. HB 436 (exempting persons using virtual currency from registering as money transmitters) was signed into law last week.

In 2015, Republican legislators in Kansas increased sales and cigarette taxes to create the largest tax increase in state history. However, it would appear that some voters were still upset that taxes were too low because of the historic 2012 tax cuts ushered in by Gov. Brownback. So in 2016, some of Gov. Brownback's conservative Republican allies were voted out and replaced with fiscally liberal Republicans or Democrats. The new taxes increase the personal income tax from 4.6% to 5.7% and remove the income tax LLC exception that more than 330,000 farmers and small business owners currently enjoy. Gov. Brownback vetoed the tax increases, but was immediately overridden by Republicans and Democrats in the KS Senate and KS House. Kansas is no longer a low tax state. I realize that AK has been in recession for years, OK is hurting, and the moderate oil prices are hurting several other Republican controlled states, but unemployment rates are low across the country and most states have recovered. I didn't really expect massive tax increases 2 budget cycles in a row led by Republicans in a very conservative state. Very sad news and terrible government over site. Overriding Gov. Brownback’s veto, Kansas lawmakers pass school aid increase, income tax hike Posted 10:19 pm, June 6, 2017, by AP Wire and Dave D'Marko, Updated at 10:56PM, June 6, 2017 http://fox4kc.com/2017/06/06/overriding-gov-brownbacks-veto-kansas-lawmakers-pass-school-aid-increase-income-tax-hike/

1 non-profit is the plan mentioned in the press conference. The less like the American system and the only like the Canadian system the better. John Stossel has been one of the top promoters of this reform for years. There's a good chance that's where Trump got the idea as they have likely run in the same Manhattan circles for years.

I'm working with RevolutionPAC for funding for the Ames Iowa Straw Poll ad in 2007.
I want to update it at the bottom.
I was told I need a PSD to do that. But it looks like it can be done with a .PDF?

Is that how the changes were made? Help.
