Of course it doesn't. I think this is obvious. But I do care, because when the politicians start throwing around the blame, they are going to want to talk about guns and guns ONLY! Meanwhile, school officials already expect taxpayers to fund anti-bullying programs and special training. How many billions are spent on this kind of crap - psychologists, training, whatever - to ensure that "no one slips through the cracks"? Assuming that this is the case, how come the coach chose to keep insulting this less-popular kid - whom other students have described as "pretty nice" "quiet" "not hateful" and also "sad"? Yes, I do believe this teacher may be responsible for pushing this dumb, disturbed kid over the edge. He didn't pull the trigger, but as an adult with special training, he should have known better than to feed his own ego by repeatedly humiliating an unhappy kid. Guess he's not laughing anymore, right? I want to hear the teachers' union, and the adults on the school board, explain exactly how this kind of funding is spent. What kind of plan did they develop? How did they expect to identify which student might be in danger of snapping? and why did they fail to involve themselves with this particular kid? Are their ideas even realistic?! or did they just look for ways to spend "free" money with no concern about actually saving any student? Now, they're going to be asking for still more money. Before everyone happily agrees to hand it over, ("Duhrrrr, anyting for duh children!") the protocol schools currently use needs to be examined under a microscope.

Eh. We're all animals. Most of us strive to be civil and humane - "Do unto others etc.". Sometimes we fail. Other people strive only to be selfish violent scumbags. They deserve no respect from me.

The kid being interviewed (Dustin Severin) literally blames the coaches for making the shooter snap. Sounds like they did act like dicks, as dumb jocks often do. I wonder if officials will publicly admit that the coach helped goad an unstable kid into shooting up the school? Thought they were all forced to undergo anti-bullying training now - don't they get special funding for that? (@ 2:04) (scroll way down if you want to see the video, kid in black nike hat)

I guess a standing ovation isn't all that meaningful at Cannes. Supposedly a hundred people walked out of The House That Jack Built because it was too disgusting, but it still got a standing ovation.

You can tell that the Starbucks chairman never had a job cleaning toilets. I can't wait to see what happens to Starbucks next.

They don't seem aggressive in my parts. They avoid people but will just quietly pass you by if they happen to run into you. Should've just let him get to the other side and move into the trees.

When I first read the title of the article I also pictured a Tasmanian Tiger before realizing the cartoon character had no stripes. (Where would I be without the early education I got from Bugs Bunny cartoons?) Tasmanian tiger aka Tasmanian wolf aka Thylacinus Cynocephalus

I missed that one. So now we know that she's an attorney with law offices in York county, vice chair of the Democratic Party of York County, ran unsuccessfully to be York County judge and she's president of the York chapter of the NAACP. Meanwhile, one of the Chronisters affiliated with the golf course (which is owned by his relative) is a former York County Commissioner (Let me guess - could he be a republican?) The media has been ensuring us for years that the America is now more racist than ever at anytime in history, because democrats got nothing else to campaign on. Whatever's going on here is purely political. This is absolutely what we should expect! It's what democrats consider "campaigning".

I think the real explanation is buried in this article. So, at least one of the women is a politician and she wants to orchestrate some outrage. She has to know who Chronister is, and she's most likely well-aquainted with the democrat state senator (Vincent Hughes) who's pushing for an investigation. Could possibly even have been an intentional set-up. They're even trying to tie this in with the Starbucks incident to make it more sensational.

yeah, google didn't show it. I tried duckduckgo and it was a ways down, on there. It's an arrest from '07. I'd guess he's been divorced since then. No explanations about why he died though.

The birthdate (06/29/1964) from the mug shot matches the birthdate in this obituary I guess a cop could get arrested for "Touch Or Strike/battery Touch Or Strike/dv" - sounds like a fight. The "Strike/dv" from the mugshot could mean domestic violence - i.e. fight with spouse, she called the cops. Not that unusual.

Weird - the guy in that picture does not look 53 years old. He looks more like mid 20's to mid 30's, doesn't he? But compare his face to the Marshall L. Peterson in this 2007 mugshot. His current age is also 53. Is it the same guy?

Just heard that the vote is now 10 to 10 - because republican senator Isakson is at a funeral, so couldn't vote.

Rand says he has been reassured by both Trump and Pompeo that we must end our involvement in Afghanistan. He's decided to support Pompeo's nomination. :/ 988523697886711808
