(from the cnbc link: https://www.cnbc.com/2018/11/16/judge-orders-trump-administration-to-restore-cnn-reporter-jim-acostas-white-house-press-pass.html ) Also: Not entirely clear to me, why Sanders is implying that the court made it clear that there is “no absolute First Amendment right to access the White House.” (Although I agree.) Reports I'm seeing, don't seem to mention the first amendment at all. Is she saying that since the judge didn’t immediately rule that Acosta has been deprived of his first amendment right - we can deduce that that is not an issue here at all? That only the “due process” part is or might be an issue? And is it entirely up to the White House to now develop those rules and processes which will determine what that due process consists of?
