I wasn't really thinking of the shooters who I consider just pawns, but now that you bring it up, white people can be DEI hires, too. For example, there are plenty of white cops who are too fat or too short for the job, to say nothing of their level of aptitude or skills. In the past, such people were weeded out immediately. Now, the lowered standards mean they are just as likely as anyone else, to be given a position they can't perform well. I was actually thinking of people in leadership roles though - the ones that do the planning, like Cheatle and her 30% women plan. Hire people based on some meaningless characteristic that has nothing to do with their ability, and you end up with a lot of incompetent people running things.

I guess in this case, it's a good thing they're stuck with all those DEI hires. :tears:

I caught this over the weekend. The woke people the documentary centers on are very annoying to listen to, but it is punctuated by funny parts. The non-woke townspeople he spoke with are charming. The price tag paid for each lecture or interview is shown on the screen, which does a good job of illustrating just how grifty the whole scheme is. I am curious to understand how he was able to set up cameras to film everything, but note that these lecturers were all well paid for their time. Maybe they thought they would be getting free advertising, too? Also, how did he manage to get the job waiting on the victims at the anti-white women dinner? I though the funniest part was Uncle Frank, which is towards the end. Also got a kick out of the smile chart. Why would you feel this compulsion to put a giant fake smile on your face when you pass a stranger? Robin Deangelo has the mind of a 5 year old, and a dim-witted 5 year old at that! NOTE: DO NOT walk out during the credits at the end, because there is a final scene that follows them.

I say, that's good enough, especially if your back hurts or you have headache or are sick. If I'm somewhere like Costco, I will return the cart because they have so many of those corrals all over the place. But if I'm at Shoprite, where there's only two of them towards the front of the store - and I have to walk too far for a person in pain - I will find a place to park it like against some cement or in a space where other people have been leaving their empty carts (they seem to congregate). I usually park way far away from the store anyway, not up front like most people like to, so I don't leave it anywhere near another car - and always turn the wheels so it's unlikely to roll. I say, that is good enough!

I am interested in hearing JD Vance make a statement about this. Also, no additional laws should be made to resolve the issue as the son suggests. They shoud just punish the people who have been ignoring existing law. 2-tier punishments are illegal.

Yeah, I don't think Trump could've happened if Ron Paul hadn't happened before him. Also, i think Trump was at CPAC the year a crowd kept yelling, "PRESIDENT PAUL! PRESIDENT PAUL!" and was probably amazed by what he was witnessing (actual enthusiasm). At one point he said that Ron Paul was right about a lot of things and deserved to be listened to (paraphrasing) - but some time later said forget it, he can't win - after that we all hated him. Ron Paul woke US up. Years later, Trump woke up a much larger segment of the population.

I'm thinking Trump may be trying to goad her into insisting on another debate, and when she keeps demanding one, he can finally say Fine, but I'll pick the venue this time. How can she refuse after getting her way twice? Then he can arrange an X-hosted debate with moderators Joe Rogan, Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich (to round things out with a democrat). Also, I don't get at all, why people imply Trump lost the last debate just because his face showed some disgust when he heard lies, or noticed that the moderators were treating them differently. He's a human and normal humans get angry - not bubbly or polite - when they hear falsehoods or feel cheated. Kamala Harris on the other hand is a sociopath and can only pretend to have emotions she's not actually experiencing, in order to manipulate people. That's winning?! Frankly, if you watched her face, she appeared as though she was on the verge of crying many times and took a while to recover - which I suppose is something like a skill during a debate, although it doesn't say anything about your decency as a human being.

I don’t live in Ohio. I’m several states east of them, however I did notice during this past summer that the outdoor cat population in my town seems to have disappeared! I’m attuned to this because it’s always seemed like people must be dumping unwanted cats in my neighborhood and several times the pregnant ones have gravitated to my back porch where they then drop a litter - Then I’m stuck with figuring out what to do with them. During this past summer two apartment buildings have been built on the “main drag”. They’re not quite finished yet. I see that one is being touted as “luxury apartments” (questionable :rolleyes:), but the other one is likely a mandatory low-income kind of place. (Remember those Obama laws?) And it seems an awful lot of the single family homes around me have become rentals instead of owned homes. I’m not aware of any influx of haitians in my own town - only a huge glut of “hispanics”. So far, only one of my garbage cans have been stolen. My town is only about one square mile and we’ve begun thinking we may have to move to a different state, but I don’t feel good about that at all. I’m becoming very worried about what kind of people they are planning on filling these buildings with. Have they already been chosen? Are they waiting in some government facility somewhere - right now - waiting for the moment they can move in, live off of taxpayers, lower the quality of life and force the rest of us to eventually flee in horror - like they're doing in places like Springfield Ohio?
