Virginia Sheriff: ‘I Will Deputize Thousands of Citizens To Protect Their Gun Rights’Culpepper County, VA — It looks like what Virginia gun owners needed was a wake up call. Or more accurately, a wake up slap in the face. Ever since Bloomberg bought himself a blue Virginia and stacked it with eager anti-gun legislators, we’ve told you how the state is on fire with pro-gun rights sentiment. County after county has joined the Second Amendment Sanctuary list, totaling 42 counties in less than six weeks. Add one more sheriff to the list of Second Amendment heroes. Sheriff Scott Jenkins of Culpepper County, VA made a post on his official county Facebook page pledging to support the Second Amendment. In the post made on December 4th, Jenkins went so far as to say that he has a strategy if gun control comes knocking: “I plan to properly screen and deputize thousands of our law-abiding citizens to protect their constitutional right to own firearms.” That’s right. Jenkins wants to deputize thousands of law-abiding citizens who would otherwise be denied their right to defend themselves and their families by tyrannical gun control laws that might pass in the 2020 legislative session. And Scott Jenkins isn’t acting alone or flying by the seat of his pants.

Woman who holds record for most abortions celebrate her 100th abortion at 38 Alex Chernov, a 38-year-old from Chicago, Illinois is a woman with unusual accomplishments.Alex had her 100th abortion last week and she said that was the best day of her life. If you think this is a disturbing already please read no further. What’s even more disturbing is that Alex had video recorded over 60 of her abortions and sold them on the dark web and made a fortune. If you think that’s weird there is more, she apparently made a million dollars by live-streaming her 100th abortion on the dark web for her twisted fans. The fetus from the last abortion was shipped to the biggest bidder($100k). Alex said she was turned down by the Guinness world records when she submitted her record for 50 abortions when she was 27-year-old. “They turned me down thinking I would stop, but look at me now 11 years later I doubled my number” Dr. Mathers who performed 58 of Alex abortions said he had never seen anything like that in his life, she even paid me extra to do her abortions on camera and to cancel my other appointments. “Alex had become more than a client to me over the years because I became fascinated with her consistency although I still don’t understand why she does it” Dr. MathersDr. Mathers said he is amazed by how fertile she is over anything else. “I do abortions daily so that does not bother me at all it’s my job and I am good at it. I see Alex as the most fertile human being who ever lived. If they cannot give her a record for most abortions then at least give her the record for being the most fertile woman on earth” When asked if he would like the record for the Dr. who performed most abortions on one person Dr. Mathers said he wouldn’t mind.

the GOP in the Senate either acts in unison like a Roman era phalanx, or they fragment & divide. the "old rules" just went out the proverbial window. Senator Mitch likes rules, this is chaos theory.

Bloomberg gun plan: Permits, assault weapon ban, age limitsDecember 5, 2019, 2:22 PM CST AURORA, Colo. (AP) — Democratic presidential contender Michael Bloomberg unveiled a gun control policy on Thursday just steps from the site of one of Colorado's worst mass shootings, calling for a ban on all assault weapons, mandatory permits for gun purchasers and a new position in the White House to coordinate gun violence prevention.

12-05-2019, 02:46 PM DSD Tactical Arms calls them barrel shrouds. Hawk Innovative Tech says they’re solvent filters. Prepper’s Discount sells flashlight tubes. But with a few hours and a little elbow grease, all of these products become the same thing: gun silencers. Silencers, otherwise known as suppressors, are among the most highly regulated gun accessories in the US. Under federal law, consumers must apply for a license to purchase them. The process involves paying a fee to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and submitting to extensive screening. It can take more than a year to get an answer. Americans eager to skip the wait, though, have a shortcut: tap one of the dozensof online retailers selling de facto suppressor parts and build their own. Even a search for “solvent traps” on Amazon returns a page of unrelated items useful in silencer construction, such as automobile fuel filters. A spokesperson from Amazon refused to comment for this story, but emphasized that all the products sold on the site were legal. “YOU CAN’T CONTROL PEOPLE TAKING LEGITIMATE ITEMS AND MAKING THEM INTO SOMETHING ILLEGITIMATE.” This summer’s spate of mass shootings has increased the appetite in Washington for more restrictive gun safety laws, with Democrats now pushing for a new ban on assault weapons. But if the political calculus on pursuing new firearms restrictions is changing, the flourishing market for DIY silencers shows how difficult it can be to enforce regulations on guns and gun products when those regulations hinge on precise technical specifications. Peter Tilem, a criminal defense attorney in New York with experience defending gun crimes cases, put it this way: “You can’t control people taking legitimate items and making them into something illegitimate. Sudafed is readily available; it’s also a precursor to methamphetamine, but we can’t ban Sudafed.” Homemade suppressors, like rubber bands used to make bump stocks and modified assault weapons, provide an avenue around restrictions. Building a suppressor at home is, in theory, perfectly legal. Federal law requires that anyone who does so still register the device, and submit to a background check before construction. But the registration process, which is electronic, can be more than twice as fast as acquiring a completed suppressor from a manufacturer.

Libertarianism and "plumbline" conservatism are mutually exclusive. Conservatism has long been opposed to classical liberalism-the precursor to "plumbline" libertarianism.

"Thread: If you support Donald Trump, then you are an anticonstitutional blithering idiot HEY! Rand and Ron are conservatives, remember?"
Can't speak for Rand, but Ron is a well-known libertarian and lifetime member of the LP, FYI.
  7. Oh--by the way, look for it other places than Amazon, you might find it cheaper if you actually intend to buy either one.

Right there is where you find it! It seriously has saved me a lot of money and will pay itself off within a year. I use the washer, then spin "dry," and hang up to finish the drying. It's working great for where we're at right now, my bathroom has turned into the laundry room--much better than spending $$$ on laundromat nastiness. We also have a balcony where I can dry/grow herbs and some tomatoes. I'm making the best of what I've got.

I didn't start out thinking that anti-vax people were fools or impervious to reason, it's from my experience here that I now think that.
- AmyPi 2014 (RIP)

Anti-vaxxers, responsible for a 30 percent uptick in totally preventable diseases in the world, have blood on their hands. They shouldn't be considered civilized members of society. If they refuse to listen to a century of scientific studies confirming time and time again that vaccination is an unquestionable good for humanity, then it's time for us to start treating anti-vaxxers as what they are: dangerous and worthy of shame and condemnation. If we can't convince anti-vaxxers to change their minds, we must attach enough social stigma to the delusion that agnostics cease to join them.

If you are a young mother, you need to know, right now, that the advice that DonnaY gives is just horrible. She did not graduate from high school, and considers herself a researcher because she watches YouTube videos and reads conspiracy things. She posts these things because she apparently has a deep seated need to feel smarter than the rest of the world...painting herself as some wise sage in a world gone mad. In fact, she is delisional and dangerous.

that hosting a picture in a thread isn't this hard for everybody. But linking straight to it was a disaster in that it was HUGE - filled up the whole page on the laptop. I downloaded it and then tried to insert it from my desktop, but no luck.

So here it is: a picture of a humidifier (maybe) with absolutely no relevant text to go with it. If it's relevant text you want, go here.

Beware the seller giving advice
