$32.31 right now ... Will it hit $33 before the market even opens in the morning?

05-14-2024, 10:44 AM I was pleasantly surprised to see that my Congressman, Randy Weber is a co-sponsor of the bill. For those who don't know, I'm in Ron Paul's old district and Weber succeeded Dr. Paul when he retired. The Sound Money Defense League and other groups have been really active over the last year or two getting State to enact similar legislation at the State level. Would be great if people contacted their DC Reps and told them to support this bill.

I'm honestly not sure which forum to post this in - it touches on several topics/themes. Arbitrium is a layer 2 blockchain that is built on Ethereum. Gas fees run about .01 GWEI which is equivalent to about 0.7 cents.

No paywall (video and transcript both): ^^ This is the kind of important news event that you won't find mentioned in most financial media, but has massive implications for everyone. I highly recommend spending some time watching or reading that interview. Caitlin Long is doing some heavy lifting for financial liberty.

From last week: Milei is making some progress on shoring up support for his policies, but the Senate might still deny him. Governing with a minority is tough work.

The spot BTC ETFs are fine if you are wanting some crypto investment exposure in one of your tax free investment accounts (IRA, etc.). But that isn't the same as actually owning the crypto yourself, which might be fine with respect to Bitcoin depending upon what your goal is (ie. investment exposure or true ownership). If you want exposure to some of the new evolving technologies like real world asset (RWA) tokenization, DePIN or even decentralized AI, you can find them in various non-Bitcoin crypto tokens/systems, but you can't get exposure to them via ETFs (yet, anyway). It really boils down to whether or not you want to jump into the rabbit hole. I did and I think it's pretty fascinating. I wouldn't know much of anything that's happening in the crypto space if I hadn't.

Quit dividing support for the best candidates. Ron and Rand ftw!
  3. I can try. I haven't seen anything about it yet either. But I already made one diary not that long ago slamming Obama on Iran, but then the administration ended up doing the right thing. I don't have too mcuh time right now to do it though...

Hi there. Can you write a tactful post on dailykos about Obama's promise to extend the patriot act provisions?
I notice the silence is deafening over there, but I am not one to write a good diary. Thank you.

Why I Support Ron Paul

by Imperial on 09-10-2011 at 12:56 PM
[Originally posted here, at my personal blog].

Between covering electoral politics on several blogs, getting active in the Republican Party, and attending an extremely liberal and politically active college, one question appears often: who do you support for President?

That question came up again while I was watching the last presidential primary debate. I was surrounded by friends of numerous political varieties, and we went around a circle explaining our candidate

Vote on PPP to poll New Mexico- for RP 2012!

by Imperial on 02-02-2011 at 12:23 AM
It really is important to go vote here and get New Mexico polled. PPP has been doing their polls in an interesting manner lately.

Remember all of the buzz about Ron Paul running for Senate? While it appears that he will end up not pulling the trigger on that run, it did force the pundits to do something interesting: Dr. Paul was in the news. The blogosphere lit up with mentions of the good doctor possibly running for Senate and being a frontrunner. A strong performance like this,
