Good news on the thyroid Suz! I started taking iodine a couple months ago.. my nodules feel smaller to me anyway (bunch of them) and I'm off the tapazole - have not mentioned it to the endo yet though.. I think I see him next month.
I had a friend a decade or two ago that went fruitatarian for a while - but she used a weird broad definition for fruit.. those foods that have the seeds on the inside - so cucumbers counted as fruit.. squash, tomatoes, eggplant are just a few of things most count as veggies that she defined as fruits. Oddly enough, strawberries have the seeds on the outside so they were not on the list. She had an avocado tree in the yard so she did eat a lot of those.
Don't feel alone there Suz.. every single time I had one, I had either a second one or an ultra sound..last time went as far as a surgical consult because I'm just not symmetrical.. There's a much better test out there.. related to the ultrasound as I recall (can't remember the name of it) and I will not ever go through the tit squashing again. Overpriced, under accuracy torture test.
Chester.. I wonder if along with the veggies, if you had added some high protein seeds (hemp seeds for instance) and a dose of Rick Simpson oil to the diet if that would have helped even more than stopping growth of the cancer.. and added protein to the diet, while still remaining plant based....
Just fyi.. property tax in Florida can vary a lot between counties..none are what I would call low. I think the bottom 4 in property taxes are Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas and of all places, Deleware
found that on http://www.tax-rates.org/taxtables/property-tax-by-state
Alabama is really starting to appeal more to me now
