Were you planning to send your kid off to camp this upcoming summer? Was it in any of the states identified in red in the map here? You might want to rethink your plans. Unless, of course, you were planning to have your child go off and learn the art of the Jihad. There are 23 Jihadi training camps in the United States. These are not super-secretive locations, and in fact our Islamofacist loving leadership, from the White House on down , to include the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), let alone our media, appear to view these places as, how does Obama put it?...”Junior Varsity,” and they are doing absolutely nothing about it. Nada. Zip. But, trust they know what you ordered on Amazon last week. They are anything but. You can train with Hezbollah in Maryland and New York, or maybe go hang with Obama’s homies, the Muslim Brotherhood, in Indiana and Detroit, MI. Or, how about going to the president’s home town Chicago, IL for a taste of Islamic Jihad. Some of the states where these camps can be found are not really shocking, like California, Oregon, Washington, and New York. However, some really make you do a double take; Texas, for one! The map of America is turning red and not in a good way. It is reflecting the sea of blood that Islamic Jihad has brought upon the world in its tidal ebb-and-flow of hatred for centuries. If we do not stop this, the cancer that is Jihad will spread.

Not sure why but I'm passing on this whole thing... but this one looks cool I have managed to get this far without ink.. mostly because I could never make the two big decisions.. what to get and where to put it - though ankle or toe ring tats can't get dragged too much further south via gravity.

This is an ongoing issue.. for .. holy crap. 17 years now - just counted. It's an on again off again thing. In those 17 years many things changed..diet, location.. pets and critters.. water. It's officially called multi-nodual toxic goiter or Plummer's disease. They grow.. they shrink.. they vary in production.. tomorrow I get to find out if they're bigger or smaller than last time and if anything has changed temperature... mine have always been called "hot" There is a treatment out in the world that's called ethanol ablation. (also tested with saline) Ethanol is injected into the largest nodules.. left to simmer a while.. then drawn back out - theoretically to kill the nodule. About 10 years ago I found a study from Italy on this - actually only found the abstract.. and it was in Italian. I never found the results. Right now the NIH has one here http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11128727?dopt=Abstract I keep hoping I'll find an adventurous endo that will give either the saline or ethanol a shot on the big nodules - better to kill the nodules than the whole thyroid IMHO.

That would be for hypo thyroid.. in the event I'm forced into getting my thyroid taken out. Right now, the lovely little nodules in my thyroid (that are not paying rent to live there) are making way too much of what they're supposed to. When I'm taking them, I take anti-thyroid meds. The OTC things I have seen are for the opposite of what I have.

Over the past 3 weeks, I've run the gamut of thyroid testing.. again. (one that was radioactive) the Endo pulled me completely off the meds back in February.. probably should have just cut me back. Right around the time I had my blood tested.. I started with some of the symptoms of hyper - I can heat a room just walking into it.. dizzy.. nauseous - those are the bad ones. (part of why I haven't been posting much) Also...I've lost 14 lbs.. don't want that to stop any time soon. I'm again suspicious that this endo is going to want to cut my thyroid out.. and since I've been off the meds a long time.. it's (in his mind) an option. ... I would much rather be medicated for hyper, where if I miss a dose or 3, no big deal, rather than being on synthroid (or one of the others) for life. Tomorrow I'll find out if my health care is no longer my choice in treatments. maybe I should have put this in the rant department

THIS^^^ Now with that in mind.. if any of the 50%ish that nominated Gary Whiner Johnson were not GOP plants - they would have voted for the best, most attention getting speaker. AP is loud.. and speaks clearly but it's all meme speak. Darryl Perry - while I think he's pretty great and I get it, he would reinforce the whole nut job perception of libertarianism. McAfee is close to unflappable, speaks slowly with conviction and belly laughs when something is absurd. (picture that laugh - on stage - after Clinton answers anything techie) He's also the only realist that said several times during the convention that anyone that thinks a libertarian is going to walk into the white house is delusional.. that kind of pissed people off.

This just in copy/pasted from a FB post Per Alicia Dearn: "I learned that the poll companies and CPD stated that they wouldn't include libertarians without Weld. They've agreed to include us if he's the pick. No Weld, and we get shut out again. The GJ campaign didn't ask me to quit or tell me that. I got that message directly from someone outside the party. We can't fight for Liberty with our hands tied behind our backs. So I asked Weld to swear to me that he wouldn't screw us. And he did. He seemed sincere. I said real libertarians need a seat at the table and I got his, Gary's and Ron's word that we would not be shut out and that our principles would be protected.
