It's screwed up ain't it? Welfare benefits are more enticing for potential laborers than going out and putting a day's work somewhere. At the same time, subsidies are more enticing than hiring people to pick your crops. I don't really buy into the story either. I don't know many small operation farms that pay based on hourly wages. Usually you get paid for your productivity, like you might get paid a certain amount for every bushel of corn you pick. Corporate farms probably do offer hourly wages, never worked for one. Maybe she meant it in a way to say that if you're really good at picking, you can make more than minimum wage.

The only way Trump (or any U.S. President, for that matter) would deserve a Nobel Peace Prize is if he shutdown all U.S. bases overseas and returned all military servicemembers, equipment, etc. back to the United States. And he'll get bonus points if he began minimizing a standing, national military by transitioning those powers back to the States, shortly thereafter.

One problem with the "just privatize it!"-crowd, is that people seem to automatically discount the need for a demand for the market to fill. There are a few "services" I can think of that just don't do well in a private market because there's no profit motive, but I'll give one: Mental health. The state of Georgia has made drastic cuts in mental health facilities and funding over the years, which you would think would signal a need for a private market to rise. Only, it hasn't. How much are each of you, personally, willing to voluntarily give to ensure that our Emergency Rooms are not full of psychiatric cases when you show up for healthcare? The people in need of psychiatric care tend to be the sort of people who can't even manage deciding whether the shoes or the socks go on first. Good luck collecting any payment for services rendered. There's no profit motive. So the state has gutted funding of it's most prominent psych hospitals and while there are still some 'private' psychiatric hospitals scattered around the state, the ones who need them the most are typically the people who don't have insurance (can't hold a job due to severe mental impairment) and there is NO market for these people. So what do we do with them? To tie that into licensing, just how much of a "private" demand do you think there is for licensing? If you think certain licensing should be done away with, fine, but to make the argument that a private sector would do better with it is kind of silly since a private entrepreneur would be trying to figure out how to market to people to get them to spend money on a license they don't need. Play around with it too much and you end up with the worst-case-scenario: 'private' licensing required by the force of law. Yikes.

This is creepy . Big tech is scrubbing all photos recently allover the internet of Bill Clinton in photos with Jeffry Epstein. No photos are available now...of the two together, in fact when you do a search all you will see is Donald Trump now with Epstein, and scattered through the searches on various search engines are photoshopped pictures of bill next to epstein that say "FAKE" plastered on them to make people look crazy for saying the photos existed and were scrubbed.

I've never spoken out against sanctuary cities. I actually liked the approach that Trump took by sending illegal immigrants to those areas where they would be welcomed. I've said many times that this is the ONLY way people are going to see that open-borders isn't as wonderful as it's cracked up to be. There's two problems with this, though: 1) They're not actually welcomed. Sanctuary cities are the DNC's effort to garner votes but when it gets out-of-hand it turns into a NIMBY issue for them. 2) There is a push by cities/states to allow illegals to participate in national elections. Without this though, I've got no real problems with sanctuary cities. It'll be a great way to compare and contrast the ways different governments handle the immigration issue and it's the only way I'll ever get a chance to say "I told you so."

In the fight between globalism and nationalism, I'll side with the nation. In the fight between the nation and the states, I'll side with the states. In the fight between the states and the municipalities, I'll side with the municipalities. In the fight between the city and you, I'll side with you.

It doesn't matter what kinds of weapons that cops carry; the point is the weapon is never the central focus of a crime when cops shoot citizens. The public and the media always hold the cops responsible for killing someone unlawfully, especially when the media wants to make it race-related.

Exactly. Notice that whenever law enforcement kills citizens by using guns unlawfully in lethal force, gun control advocates never blame guns for the problem; they always focus on punishing the law enforcement officers involved. So they know it's not guns that are responsible for gun-related crimes, at least when it involves local, state, or federal agents.

ron paul's biggest weaknesses when running for office were simple as this : Ron did not aggressively defend gun ownership, Ron did not aggressively defend the idea of a border. Because of that, Ron Paul was viewed as weak, I have to admit, his ideology is great, he has great ideas...but the execution is as weak as Jefferson re-evaluating the need for a federal army to repel invasion, and having marines go after the somali pirates...Ron Paul is a great thinker, and statesman, but he isnt the type of man we need to stand up against communist leftists..because he wouldn't do it with equal force. who here is surprised to see how exposed the left has shown themselves as communists in recent years?

you better bet your ass this country is headed for a civil war 100 percent because the left, and communists are going to become violent against conservatives. polarization is even occurring over this murder, and we all know Clinton had him killed...just like Clinton had the dossier file written...SHE WANTED 2016 to enact full blown dictatorship, and she didnt get what she wanted.the DNC china funding is threatened by a real president, and the communist party is now threatened and showing its aggression fully, in these black ops....and fake kangaroo court "sexual harassment" cases against our elected president, and appointed justices

absolutely silly. Only an amateur rifleman would "bumpstock"...its as useless as a raised truck, that screws the PCM,and transmission up, the gear rations useless....all looks, no technical performance. Bump stock firing ??? please...a wide spread shotgun would do much better for that application, and as for rifle rounds...who in their trained abilities would fire off rounds that fast? One accurately, and patiently placed shot is how marksman work.

false narrative duh. the white liberals are already speaking on behalf of my race "mexican americans" everywhere. I want the white liberal racists to stfu, they do not represent me, and they definitely dont represent me wanting to take my right to own a firearm away........ to do so is to institution the same system that kept african americans from owning fire arms pre civil war era.
