I would have looked into Dash but the initial core dev pre mined 2 millions Dash with his bugged software. It is disgusting. I am not making him richer. But i guess it is hard to avoid those premined crap. Everyone is doing it. Steemit premine to 87% their own tokens. Bitcoin was premined by Satoshi you will answer. Except nobody knew about Bitcoin back then. Now.. Dev teams use tricks and cheats to premine their coins and make believe noobs that their coin had a fair distribution. PS: you obviously can make a ton of money buying premined coins.. I know people who bought Dash in the low 2 digits.

i read that steemit was premined like crazy and that the dev and his friends own 85% of all steemit tokens. i won't use it anymore.

Dash have master nodes doing the mixing when doing a private send in Dash. If masternodes are somehow compromised... you are fucked. Just like mixing services fucked people in Bitcoin. Masternodes are easily trackable by FBI and NSA and can be sub poenaed

there are many reasons why you would want privacy.. good and bad. Dash and ZCash are optional privacy. that means you have to actively use the privacy feature. In Monero you don't have a choice so as to avoid transactions standing out which allows tracing techniques to be applied. That's why i favor Monero. In Dash if you use private send.. you can be questioned about it by the FBI because of the tracing. In Monero.. you can just say I use Monero. it is my favorite crypto. Besides Dash uses coin join and mixing which we all know the FBI is able to unravel. It has been with Bitcoin mixing already. Do your research and come to your own conclusions. A the best privacy coin WILL BE USED. That's a given. It was the first use case of Bitcoin for buying stuff on the silk road.

Look up how Bitshares manages smartcoins that track the value of fiat currencies. (external condition) https://bitshares.org/technology/price-stable-cryptocurrencies/ Smart advanced stuff. Still haven't wrapped my head around it. PS: Eth can go to 2000 and back to 1000... I don't really care. the market is irrational.

day trading is hard. it requires skills and emotional intelligence. i would advice him to buy and hodl with 90% and day trade with 10%. i would hodl bitcoin, eth , monero, bitshares, pascal, sys, raiblocks and some ripple if he likes banker coin. i would not blindly buy and hodl shitt coins. he should research the coins. sadly he is a noob and will be easily swayed by marketing bullshit.

hey dummy. look up the info. 75 houses were sold with BTC as unit of account in Florida in 2017. look it up. there is an article somewhere with a guy working in the house selling business whining about it and saying this trend is meaningless. and repeating the official narrative that those transactions are made with laundered money. hahahahahahahaha

they don't need a blockchain for their project. but they want the free money dumb people will throw at it because it uses blockchain and smart contracts. sigh... humanity.

Marketwatch has no credibility whatsoever. And you obviously don't understand why Bitcoin works and why it has value. Your loss. TIP: Blockchain is a decentralized trust network. When you buy Bitcoin, you buy a token to use on this trust network. Banks using private blockchains is laughable. See my posts about external conditions, that you need to trust.

Eth price is driven by ERC20 ICOs. Real use case where a blockchain provides real value. Replaces stocks, VC funding etc. No external conditions. Would not work on a web server. As soon as you bring external conditions to a smart contract... a web server will do just as well unless those conditions can be trusted by a DPOS network like Bitshares.

well i have an argument with my cousin. This pay toll thing is totally not fit for the blockchain. They are showing off a POC but Ethereum or any blockchain provides zero value. Their last argument is a lie. They removed an expensive server by an expensive blockchain with variable fees associated with transactions. This goes back to the argument of can Bitcoin blockchain pay for coffees? No. Can ethereum be a payment layer for all server applications ? no. Time will tell who is right. All the current speculation about ADA and Eth and EOS is that those frameworks will be able to live up to their hype. About your smart contract. have you identified the external conditions?

price is irrelevant. DogeCoin just broke 1 billion market cap.. is that relevant? current market is dumb money buying marketing buzz words. my point is that you will finally understand what smart contracts are able to do by coding one. Good luck!

metals are external conditions to the crypto world.. metals are like any other commodities. man my neighbor spent all his cash to buy a fancy car, a cocaine lab and other stupid stuff on GTA 5. He does not give a shit about crypto or shiny metals.

i am interested to know your first hand experience with deploying your smart contract ideas. How do you expect to code external conditions ? The only use case that truly works on Ethereum are ERC20 tokens and Etherdelta for trading those. Because they are fully inside the ecosystem without external conditions. Pro Tip: See how Bitshares solved price of real world assets (external conditions) in order to trade bitUSD on the dex. They used witnesses that are financially incentivized to be honest.

what do you suggest? transact with gold on the internet? The current system is already a nightmare scenario for the 99%. smart people will use Monero to hide trails when needed. However, WE CITIZENS WILL REQUIRE POLITICIANS TO TRANSACT ON A PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN SO WE KNOW WHERE PUBLIC MONEY IS SPENT!!!!!!!!

Some countries are embracing crypto and those will countries will have an advantage in the new money world order.
