This is precisely so. As for punishing Russia, I doubt Theye are that clueless. I generally despise the Russians for their impossible will to the most absurd political stupidities imaginable, but I must nevertheless give them due credit for being able to live VERY skinny lives. They may be sphincters of the lowest order, eclipsed by only a few other groups like the Chinese, but they are very tough people, unlike Americans who are lousy-spoiled and idly watching as the greatest blessing of all human civilized history is dismantled, piecemeal. This crap is all theater - 100%. If you believe that any of this is real in the sense of being "organic", you need to get your head examined. Russia is an irrelevancy - not even amounting to rounding error where the overarching globalist agenda is concerned. Theye want it ALL, do NOT want to share, and want the least number of useless eaters left remaining, solely to serve Themme, at least until such time as AIs advance to the point of no longer needing human servants, for they shall have their robots, and trust me, that is coming.

I'd say the organic BTC community has support at 20k. To their mid-term memories <20 smells like a 'bargain'. Institutional investors, the Central Bank Regime, and the Deep State have other plans though. As Bob Higgs says -- "Regime Uncertainty"

The easiest way for most folks is to shift purchases forward, which is after all, why the moneyprinters like to imagine they're "stimulating the economy" - they're incentivizing, by fiat/force, people to spend money now before it devalues. No solution until we drive the moneyprinters out of the temple. And that won't happen until HIS return, for this is the reign of ESAU. It is the time of JACOB's TROUBLE. It is the time of the FLOOD of revelations. (a flood of what? Figure it out :))

Y'all seem to have forgotten that the current Ukraine Regime is not Ukraine. Please don't conflate the two. The current UKR regime is criminal, presided over by a literal comedian, ascended through a bloody coup coordinated with a bunch of outside jews in 2014, and then they immedately went murdered 10-15,000 prisoners. Then they launched an Abraham Lincoln Style™ war of aggression in the east, killing another 15,000 people who just wanted to get the fuck away from the control of those evil scum. Their schema of murdering incrementally until they get the punchback, then screaming foul in global controlled media, is the same now as then. Yeah putin is H1tler... in a way.

SCOTUS has already ruled these laws unconstitutional. In a sane world, this bill would be dead in the water in no time at all. In this world, however, I can easily imagine our esteemed justices striking this newest outrage, yet leaving in their ruling one of their endearing poison pills.

OOOooo... look everybody, NATO demands... Screw NATO and and the dildos they rode in on. The European imbecile has been through both "world" wars, yet has failed to learn the lesson. Give them more, they will demand again. Rinse, repeat. There is no end to this sort of thing. While I despise Russia, were those avaricious scum to pummel the tar out of Europe for a third time, I would find difficulty in coughing up so much as a tear for Europeans, my entire family included. In spite of two thousand years of raving tyranny, they remain compliant to the fiat of the elite scum. They get riles when their "free" stuff is interrupted, but not when lunatics threaten yet another razing of an entire continent. We as a species are absolutely, clinically insane and long overdue for cleansing. Sadly, those who need most to be killed off are the ones most likely to survive to spread their kind and their diseases of mind into the blue future. This is civilized humanity's universal problem. Civilization is the worst thing we've foisted upon ourselves, as has been made clearly manifest in our barbaric habits toward each other. We have proven ourselves unwilling to do what is necessary to live in accord with the simplest of maxims, the Golden Rule. And here I mean not just the looting tyrants, but the stupid cows who idly allow Themme to do as they wish. We should be extinguishing Theire genetic lines utterly, but idly we stand, all cow-eyed and gushing with willful stupidity, lassitude, trembling fear, and NATO-like avarice as Theye run in ever more roughshod. Time is long past that we become the predatory species we are and start slitting the right throats, but even that will run afoul of the least shred of sense and proportionality as some of us become precisely that against which we'd fight. Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss. And some wonder why interstellar aliens haven't come to visit... They can't be serious.

An image link needs to be a link to an actual image FILE, like a .gif, .png, .jpg, or .webp. NOT to a webpage. Off the top of my head, here's some sites that let you post images. They don't immediately dissappear them, or mangle them like imgur does.

Agreed, and yet that power had to be in someone's hands... I would have included a fourth branch whose sole purpose was the determination of constitutionality. That, of course, is weak tea, but in the absence of a population fit to their freedoms, which we are not, it's about the best with which I can come up.

I must disagree. It is the one clear statement about the free nature of men that is appropriately broad and it is absolutely necessary, especially in a world of dullardly sorts, like the Democrats. Let us hearken back to that which defines a "right". To wit: "A valid claim." Note that when I step up to the soapbox and declare the state of North Carolina as my individual property, it does not follow that everyone must then leave the area when I tell them to do so. My claim is invalid, prima facie, and therefore I have no right to North Carolina. Perhaps I should try Utah... The left does that wishing-well crap now, for Pete's sake. Why do you think their panties are in such a twist over the rightful execution of Roe? At some point, people like you and myownself need to step up and put the looters back into their places. But we don't. We allow them to run amok all willy-nilly for decades on end, in ever intensifying fashion, then wonder why the world has turned to feces? If "government" is indeed BY the people, that would include us. Pimping the responsibilities off onto "professionals" gets us what we now so thoroughly enjoy in our lives: bald-faced tyranny of the worst variety - that which is slathered in a rich cocoa coating... only now they're removing the sweet and leaving the moldy, rotten insides and telling us to eat and be glad about it.

It will be interesting to see whether a challenge makes it to SCOTUS, and if so, what the ruling will be. If they are concerned with credibility, they would have no choice but to strike down the statute. Were I to write an Amendment XXIX, it would eliminate all statute. All bills would have to pass a strict-scrutiny test of sufficiency to qualify as Law. Statutes would no longer hold a whit of authority, as per Marbury. But more relevant to this thread, severability would be banned. If even a single element of a bill is thrown out by a court, the entire statute goes with it.

They never go far enough where the right thing is concerned. But it is - by implication. 9A protects ALL rights in clear and unmistakable language. IMO, an early 1T termination is regrettable. People should be better in control of their behavior than what we typically see, but shit does happen even for the responsible. All else equal, however, waiting until one is four months in to decide clearly seems outside the metes of one's personal prerogative. That we as humans are so degenerated that we feel the need to have to resort to such measures is the real problem. Fix that and the rest resolves without dangerous outside interferences in the lives of freemen. A couple things. Firstly, what you wrote here underscores and nails shut the lid on Tenth Amendment as cancer. There is NO SUCH THING as "states' rights" because there are no such things as states, in sé. Remove humans and anything that might be deemed "state" disappears as if by magic or high-order thermonuclear detonation. It is a bullshit amendment that represents a pinnacle of pooching by the Framers, and should be stricken. The Ninth is perhaps the preeminent element of the BoR because it shorthands that which is normatively and provably absolute in its correctness: human freedom is absolute with the single restrictive proviso that one respect the equally valid claims of his fellows. In this, the English whom I tend to find otherwise so despicable, had it perfectly right when Commonlaw was codified with but three almost childishly simple seeming tenets:

If that be the case, and all else equal, then I would deem it a valid standard. But the yammer about "tradition" is idiotic on its face. Were I a justice and had allowed those flying things escape my yap, I'd resign on the spot for sheer shame and wear a paper bag over my head for the rest of my life, even in the house.

They closed the thread before I was able to respond to you, so I just wanted to say, I agree with all of your concerns about Rand Paul. I still think he's better than the other options, but he isn't my ideal. I'm most likely going to vote for him, but I don't blame people who won't. And if I was still going to live in NYS in 2016 (I'm moving to Virginia for college, which as we know is a swingy state) I would be less likely to vote for him. Even still, if the LP candidate is too good to pass up (Someone more like Harry Browne than Gary Johnson... the latter of which was more of a lesser of five evils) I would consider voting for them.
