    Thanks so much for that gravy idea! I ended up using a little bacon fat to start the roux, used the turkey drippings, of course, and then finely chopped the onion and celery from under the bird. Simmered that for a while and then strained out the chunks... Best gravy ever. I could drink it instead of coffee n the morning

    This is rather embarrassing, however I am no longer living in WV. My husband and I have split up and I am no longer in the state. Obviously, having split up with him, I can't in good conscience give you his information and endorse him as reliable. pendragon from this website is in WV also, however he does not check messages often either.
