Originally, I think we were supposed to be able to enforce penalties against those in power by depriving them of money. This no longer works. Since the inception of the Federal Reserve Bank, money (really currency) comes from the Fed and not the taxpayers themselves. The existence of the Fed had prevented the natural system of checks and balances. They put laws in place that cut our businesses, then they get no tax revenue, so it would be like shooting themselves in their own foot. That is how it was supposed to work. Non violent protest. We are not generating enough business to pay taxes, they dont get paid either. So it was supposed to be symbiotic. As it stands, when we pay Income Tax, it goes directly to the Federal Reserve IRS to pay on the debt, and not to the Govt itself. Govt gets its money by borrowing from the Federal Reserve making the Fed and the Crony Capitalists the people our elected leaders answer to, not us. If every single business in the US, including every mom and pop shop to Amazon went completely belly up, the politicians would STILL get their paychecks and continue to sing about how "everything is awesome". I think this is the reason we continue to see Wall Street rallies and Main Street spirals the drain. The people have been deprived if their power to hold our leaders accountable without violence leaving us with only one option and it aint gonna be pretty.

I think that is exactly what happens in cases like this - and many others. There was an excellent and persuasive entry at the Slate Star Codex blog analyzing the dynamics of this phenomenon. The title of the post is "The Toxoplasma of Rage." Here's a link to that 2014 article at the Wayback Machine: (The reason for the Wayback link is that the author of the Slate Star Codex blog just recently deleted all the content at the site because the New York Times was going to run an article which would have doxxed him. There's an explanation of that situation here: Section III of the article references the Michael Brown and Eric Garner incidents (which were relatively recent at the time) as examples of what the author is talking about. PETA, the War on Terror, and controversial rape allegations are also cited as examples. It's a bit long (but not too long - about a 20-or-so minute read), and it's definitely worth checking out. Here are the closing paragraphs: FTA:"]The Toxoplasma of Rage Under Moloch, everyone is irresistibly incentivized to ignore the things that unite us in favor of forever picking at the things that divide us in exactly the way that is most likely to make them more divisive. Race relations are at historic lows not because white people and black people disagree on very much, but because the media absolutely worked its tuchus off to find the single issue that white people and black people disagreed over the most and ensure that it was the only issue anybody would talk about. Men’s rights activists and feminists hate each other not because there’s a huge divide in how people of different genders think, but because only the most extreme examples of either side will ever gain traction, and those only when they are framed as attacks on the other side.

No. You stepped right around my original point. It wasn't worded clearly enough and there were no penalties for ignoring original intent. Almost certainly intentionally.

That is the major flaw in the constitution. It wasn't written clearly enough and penalties added for not following the clearly written limitations on government. Yes, I'm aware it was a expansion of government powers.

The major failing of the Constitution is the lack of penalties for failure to follow it.

Govt and the rich elites consider themselves to be ABOVE THE LAW.’s-Vehicle-Speeding&p=5141209&viewfull=1#post5141209 There is NO Rule of Law... when the crime that is charged, not based upon what law was broken, but by who committed it. -Hollywood (Give +Rep to Hollywood if you want to rep for the BOLD text) And that goes for EVERYONE. MSM thinks it is ABOVE THE LAW when they are the ones inciting violence. Schools promote Indoctrination. BLM can conduct as much violence as they want. Illegal Immigrants can demand free access to our resources. Big Pharma can not be sued for dangerous vaccines. Banks can not be sued for taking money from your savings acct and losing it.

Exactly. The Constitution was a Hamiltonian coupe to make a strong central government. They originally wanted it set up just like the English monarchy- a president & congress ruled until death took them.

So, Arbery's a savage because he ran from people chasing him- that's a load of shit. I'm sure if some guys came chasing you in a truck you'd just stand and wave. Running is NOT just what the guilty do- anyone with 1/2 a brain cell would run if a truck with guys & guns was chasing them down. And there's no proof he committed a crime.

What is the next step if vaccine manufacturers are granted total immunity when a voluntary version of their products kill people? Make them more dangerous and make them all MANDATORY. Big Pharma OWNS the MSM and the COURTS.

There would have been other ways out of this situation. After reviewing it, yeah it doesn't look pretty on the face of it. I do think she has justification, especially with all the things that have happened recently in society and in accordance the way these women were behaving towards her (the gun wielding woman). What I find interesting is how someone will just keep standing right in front of a gun. I've never had a gun pulled on me so I might be wrong... I'm more of the de-escalating type.

Right now its clear that statist secular humanism are effectively the law of the land. And ever since the 14th amendment the states are not allowed to do anything different.

Its impossible for any standard of law to be neutral. That's the ultimate issue. And every idea of freedom that you hold dear, even if it is at some point abused or twisted, ultimately originates in Christianity.
