Listening to the government over and over and expecting to hear the truth this time? It's practically the definition of insanity.

There is so much we don't understand about viruses. Hell, scientists can't even agree if viruses meet the definition of a living being. What we do know is that they transmit information. We also know that sometimes that information is valuable to life. Not all viruses are bad. In fact, even viruses with high death rates may not be "bad" - it's just that a large percentage of our bodies haven't figured out how to process the new information yet. One thing is for sure... Messing around with things we don't fully understand is a recipe for danger. Whether creating new viruses or trying to genetically sequence blockers to prevent transmission. As acptulsa said, the previous method of taking weakened viruses and infecting people to trigger an immune response still allowed for transmission of (potentially) vital information. We're in new and unknown territory now.

Traditional vaccines are not unnatural, provided they aren't full of mercury and whatnot. It's just dead germs. They don't do your immune system any harm at all. One aspect of Teh Science™ is it completely conflates vaccines and immune systems. I have repeatedly pointed out online that vaccine or no vaccine, nutrition is still more than half the battle. This is the only place I haven't been innundated with trolls denying this obvious truth. Vitamin C, poultry soup, proper nutrition in general give the immune system the tools it needs to fight. These are the sheriff's guns, bullets, horse, lasso, and gives him the strength to track over many a rugged mile. All a vaccine is is a wanted poster. That's all. It only tells your immune system, when you see this, fight first and ask questions later. That's all. Your immune system must still be fit to fight, or the wanted poster accomplishes nothing. As for "vaccines" using graphene nanotubes as artificial spike "proteins" (carbon and more carbon is not a protein) and full of God knows what, on the other hand, who knows? The press who daily, hourly chant the "safe and effective" tagline don't know what's in there. The politicians trying to mandate this crap don't know what's in there. Could it harm the immune system? As long as we get the mushroom treatment, as long as we're in the dark and being fed manure, how can we know? Anything could be in those spiky nanotubes but a '58 Buick, and as we look around the earth at the long, long list of stuff that could fit in a nanotube, we find that several of them could indeed compromise an immune system. All I know is, what's in those artificial spike proteins isn't the cold, because the cold has real spike proteins. It doesn't require nanotubes to get into your cells. So how it helps your immune system identify the cold I don't know. And judging by how poorly they work, I'd say they don't help your immune system identify it at all.

Federal judge strikes down DOD claim that Pfizer’s EUA “vaccine” and Comirnaty are “interchangeable” (EUA - Emergency Use Authorization) https://www.naturalnews.com/2021-12-03-judge-strikes-dod-pfizer-eua-comirnaty-interchangeable.html EUA is also not valid because Ivermectin (you know, the stuff CNN tells you is a horse deworker but somehow won a Nobel Prize?) is an effective treatment. Comirnaity is nothing more than the latest BAIT AND SWITCH. Pfizers not a fucking vaccine shot IS NOT AUTHORIZED.

Jackie Perry was mentioned in passing (see the bolded red passage) in the following Reason article from earlier this year. The article is also relevant to the thread topic in general: Inside the Battle Over the Soul of the Libertarian Party A social media struggle in the New Hampshire L.P. fractured a state party and triggered a national meltdown. https://reason.com/2021/06/23/inside-the-battle-over-the-soul-of-the-libertarian-party/ Brian Doherty (23 June 2021) Joseph Bishop-Henchman resigned Friday as chair of the Libertarian National Committee (LNC), after a controversy that began three months ago with provocative tweets, intensified two weeks ago with an attempted schism of the New Hampshire Libertarian Party (LPNH), and has now turned into a battle for the soul of America's third-largest political party.

I think that stuff was from Facebook. And yes, I think she really has lost it (assuming she ever had it to begin with). A lot of anti-Mises people are losing it. For example, see the article in the post following this one (and that was before even more recent events, like the Delaware party fiasco from a few weeks or so ago). Here's a selection from her Twitter account (which is here: https://twitter.com/jackie1776):

Had a DB12 with issues.. pull one trigger and fire both. Failure in the lock mechanism.. a revolver would be out of Battery as the cylinder would move on a partial cock..or the hammer would have no striking force.. AS Demonstrated. Not happening as Baldwin describes.. I think he loaded it himself,, because he is just that arrogant.

Since when is the "We got a badass over here" meme "gay"? It's been all over the interwebz for many moons and it's used by all sorts of folks. There are several samples in the various "bestest picture thread evarrr"-s.
  8. The reason I have no use for monarchies is it's complete pot luck what you get. If your generation gets a Victoria, you could be in worse shape (assuming her advisors aren't lying to her about what they're doing), but if you get an Ivan the Terrible you're screwed. I prefer a system that at least holds out hope for nonviolent revolution, whether people are generally smart enough to use it or not.

And I'm pretty sure you meant neither Bismarck nor the kaiser.

    President von Hindenburg

That help get the rust out of your history? 'Cause those who get rusty on history are liable to re-live the bad parts...

You're right, I should have said the Kaiser, not Bismarck. :/ (My WWI history is rather rusty...I do remember Hitler suffered from mustard gas inhalation during that war and a bunch of other factoids) Yeah, monarchs have been somewhat fascist in certain occasions, but they always had incentive not to destroy their subjects' economy or their own respective societies as presidents and prime ministers or even legislators do. (such elected officials almost always leave office very wealthy and almost never face justice for their misdeeds) Generally speaking, the best to worst scale goes- voluntary association with government>hereditary monarchy>monarchy>classical republicanism>modern constitutionalism>democracy etc.

What has it to do with politics? Everything. Politicians piss us off, then try to misdirect our anger 'across the aisle' to people who are fundamentally exactly the same, but wear a different party label. The game is age old, but still works.

People are angry, but they are often in denial about it. They know they're angry, but they don't want to admit they're angry
