well sir please support your false claim. you might have missed it but i was juts using your own language against yourself thus if we use your logic, you admit you "have lost the argument" i would say the same holds true if we read history. Claim- Confederate Constitution Does not Allow States to Abolish Slavery “It was clear from the actions of the Montgomery convention that the goal of the new converts to secessionist was not to establish a slaveholders reactionary utopia. What they really wanted was to create the union as it had been before the rise of the new Republican party” -Robert Divine T.H Bren George Fredrickson and R Williams America Past and Present Many say the south was not fighting for states rights but slavery because they falsely say the CSA constitution did not allow states to end slavery. However freeing slaves was a state issue in the CSA constitution. Article 1 section 9 clause 4 applies to congress, not to the sovereign states. This was in fact anticipating non slave states to join the confederacy. Article 4 section 2 clause 1 and article 4 section 3 clause 1 predicted future free states within the confederacy. As many in the confederacy including VP Stevens thought that the non slave holding upper Midwest would join the confederacy because of the tax and trade laws that would compel states connected to the Mississippi river to join the confederacy as non slave states.

Claim-The South was Against States Rights on the Issue of the Fugitive Slave Laws “The States of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa, by solemn legislative enactments, have deliberately, directly or indirectly violated the 3rd clause of the 2nd section of the 4th article of the federal constitution, and laws passed in pursuance thereof; thereby annulling a material provision of the compact, designed by its framers to perpetuate the amity between the members of the confederacy and to secure the rights of the slave-holding States in their domestic institutions They have for years past encouraged and sustained lawless organizations to steal our slaves and prevent their recapture, and have repeatedly murdered Southern citizens while lawfully seeking their rendition.” -Texas causes of Southern secession Some claim the south did not care for states rights, or only cared when slavery was involved, as they objected to northern states nullifying the federal fugitive slave laws. Therefore they say, the south cared for slavery more than states rights. This objection seems good on the surface, but stems from a misunderstanding of both the purpose of states rights, and the union that was, see From Union to Empire- The Political Effects of the Civil war http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthr...-the-Civil-war But even if we assume they are correct for the sake of the argument, at most it would prove the south did not care for the northern states, states rights, not their own. The south clearly spoke of states rights and violations by the north and federal as a cause of secession. It could hypothetically denounce northern states rights as well when the north violated their own states rights and still secede over southern states rights. Since these rights are in place to secure its own states citizens rights and not another, this would make sense. This is also the downside of having a union of self governing states if one side does not follow the compact or contract and also why secession is vital to liberty.

How much are those because of Christianity being absorbed and influenced by the Roman empire, and would the same effects have happened with the Carthaginian scenario?

Makes one wonder what Punic Catholicism would have been like. And yes it's silly he thinks Christianity needed the violence of an empire to spread. It might have spread farther more quickly given the Carthaginian obsession/skill with trade and exploration.

Here's the link on NFL criminal stats: http://nflarrest.com/ I'm not a football fan but I do not understand why some Liberty Lovers are so quick to condemn peaceful protestors and incensed because these guys make big money. These guys are not Antifa- they are not causing riots or deaths. And here we've got a president who is knocking them on twitter and saying they are baaaad because they don't worship the flag; he is breaking successful businesses because of his ego, instead of letting business and the public make their own decisions.

MY POV: This is all bullshit. No one should have to pray to the state; the National Anthem should never have been made the opening of ANY game or public gathering- it is nothing but state worship. https://www.lewrockwell.com/2017/10/butler-shaffer/whats-worth-standing-for/ Maybe Mr. MAGA President should just keep his ugly mouth shut?

The Legality of Seccession “Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable - a most sacred right - a right, which we hope and believe, is to liberate the world.” -Abraham Lincoln 1848 “The South maintained with the depth of religious conviction that the Union formed under the Constitution was a Union of consent and not of force; that the original States were not the creatures but the creators of the Union; that these States had gained their independence, their freedom, and their sovereignty from the mother country, and had not surrendered these on entering the Union; that by the express terms of the Constitution all rights and powers not delegated were reserved to the States; and the South challenged the North to find one trace of authority in that Constitution for invading and coercing a sovereign State.-the one for liberty in the union of the States, the other for liberty in the independence of the States.” -John B Gordon Confederate General Reminiscences of the Civil War The right to self govern is maybe the most fundamental American right there is. It is what led to the revolution. America prior to 1860 maintained a confederation of sovereign states. These states were self governing and independent. The right to succession has been a fundamental right of sovereign states in American history. It has been more common of northern states in America prior to 1860, to discuss or threatened succession. Lincoln turned history on its head and declared the nation created the states and states had no right to leave the union. He also declared the entire people created the union.

we need secession not to change the Constitution, but to restore it. We have not been under the Constitution since the civil war. This is a radically different Constitution and government we are under know, and since the war, compared to that of the founders. http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?511837-From-Union-to-Empire-The-Political-Effects-of-the-Civil-war

The American Civil War The Last War Between Gentlemen “Strange that we are so friendly at one time, when in the next moment we may be attempting to draw each other’s life’s blood.” -Tally Simpson 3rd South Carolina Volunteers Something I love about the American civil war is what Sir Winston Churchill called “the last war between gentlemen.” Even though they were at war and trying to kill each other, they still held respect, honor and chivalry, in and out of battle. They also could be civil to each other even when in separate armies, it truly was a war between brothers. Here are some examples. Picketing “Were on the most friendly terms, amicably conversing and exchanging such composites as coffee, sugar, tobacco, cornmeal and newspapers. Bantering and joking together exchanging compliments of the day”

da Bears vs. Panthers. Not a good first half for the Panthers. The gave up 3 70+ yd. plays. One was a fumble which lead to a 75 yd. TD for Da Bears. Another was a 76 yd. interception for another TD. A 70+ yard pass put da Bears in FG range. As the clock runs out the Panther line cannot get forward fast enough and the time runs out for what looked to be a good drive. da Bears lead at half time 17 to 3.

Once implemented, the very concept of Liberty will be fully inverted. Needs some explaining... Currently, you are "allowed" to spend your money on anything you want, but there is one catch. There is also a list of things you are "not allowed" to spend money on. Those things are deemed illegal. For example, illegal drugs, certain types of firearms (depending on who you are and if you have a license), sex (where prostitution is illegal), etc. When all paper money has been eliminated, the concept of Liberty will invert so by default EVERYTHING is explicitly denied EXCEPT for a list of things you are allowed to buy and who you are allowed to buy from. You will be allowed to buy stuff from Walmarx, Amazon, Ford, and other major businesses. Smaller businesses you'll end up needing to apply for permission to purchase from. That could also invert so weight of that permission to sell lands on the seller instead of the buyer. That situation could also easily apply to permissions being required for both buyer and seller. Say hello to the most anemic budget you've ever had to live on. ---
