It is with great sadness and a deep appreciation for the work of Irwin Schiff that I report his passing while in prison.

My condolences to Peter Schiff and family on the loss of his father Irwin. He was a true patriot fighting the tax system and federal overreach for many years.

“My father, Irwin A. Schiff was born Feb. 23rd 1928, the 8th child and only of son of Jewish immigrants, who had crossed the Atlantic twenty years earlier in search of freedom. As a result of their hope and courage my father was fortunate to have been born into the freest nation in the history of the world. But when he passed away on Oct. 16th, 2105 at the age of 87, a political prisoner of that same nation, legally blind and shackled to a hospital bed in a guarded room in intensive care, the free nation he was born into had itself died years earlier.”

After hours of credentialing delays we finally had a vote on the state chair and vice chair. Randy Brogdon was elected in a runoff race with Pam Pollard for chair and Estela Hernandez was elected over John T. Lewis for vice chair. Sandra Crosnoe said, ” It was a huge win for the people of the Oklahoma Republican party this weekend! I am praising God in the midst of it all.”

Many will remember that Randy Brogdon is a former Oklahoma state senator known for his work on Tenth Amendment issues and the defeat of the Trans Texas Corridor through Oklahoma. He also ran for an open US Senate seat last cycle and was endorsed by many here on the forums in that race. He was defeated by Senator James Lankford for that ...

Boggles the mind - have texted the Congressman tonight and let him know that I am livid about this. Who is in charge here if not our elected officials? This is beyond words. Heads up #R3s#4life#4liberty#commonsense

He is asking the right questions and knocking on the door! Maybe you should ask your Congressman to investigate the bases in your state too!

    Way to go Congressman Bridenstine!

An open letter to some of the out of state individuals & organizations endorsing T.W. Shannon for US Senate:

As conservative grassroots leaders and activists from across the state of Oklahoma we are dismayed that you have endorsed T.W. Shannon for U.S. Senate without having fully researched and vetted the candidate. Each of the top three contenders to replace Senator Tom Coburn has a voting record that is easy to research.

Boots on the ground, grassroots leaders and activists were never consulted regarding who the true conservative candidate was before endorsements were made. Claiming the conservative mantle and deeming yourself as the “grassroots candidate” without the authentic conservative record and actions to support it, instead,

Hope you caught it live -- Nathan knocked it outta the park IMO; but then I may be a tad prejudiced about this champion for Oklahoma and for life and for liberty! He is a long time liberty activist and Ron Paul supporter.

FULL: Senator Nathan Dahm (R) Oklahoma Interview on CNN Piers Morgan Live1/27/2014 over 2nd Amendment

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - An Oklahoma lawmaker seems to have found himself in a duel over gun rights.

Last week, State Sen. Nathan Dahm, R-Broken Arrow, filed legislation he's calling the "Piers Morgan Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms Without Infringement Act."

Senate Bill 1473 -- its less colorful title -- would allow anyone to carry a firearm without a license.

"The Second Amendment says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and yet when we require our citizens to jump through hoops, pay fees and undergo a process that presumes they're guilty of something until proven otherwise, their rights are being infringed upon," Dahm said of the proposed legislation.

Places where guns are currently prohibited, such as schools and government facilities, would continue to be off-limits for firearms, but the proposed legislation would allow Oklahomans to carry anywhere else provided their guns are visible in a holster or sling.

The Piers-bating bill managed to garner the attention of its namesake Thursday, with Morgan tweeting Dahm a testy invite to the TV news personality's CNN show.

On July 4th some Americans celebrate the rejection of empire. Politicians more likely see it as the US government’s birthday. Libertarians must decide which legacy the day truly commemorates, and celebrate or mourn appropriately.

If this is a day to remember liberation, disunion, the idea that a house divided might be more civil, peaceful and secure than one kept together by force—if we are to focus on the subversion of Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence more than its inconsistencies—we should consider the benefits of reclaiming and radicalizing the spirit of 1776 and applying its principles to the present day. We should contemplate the possibility that what Americans and foreigners need is independence from the empire.

Write on the whiteboard at least twenty times:

"This is a Republican Primary and we must target likely Republican voters or convert other party's voters [or independents] to be committed to vote in the Republican primary for Ron Paul."

Nothing else matters. We must win the Republican Primary. Do not alienate other candidates because many of them will fall out of the race statistically before it is over and we want to be their second choice by election day.

Keep the message simple, keep your language clean, dress nicely at events and be gracious winners and losers. Help put out the chairs and clean up after the event is over because we are ambassadors for Ron Paul wherever we go.

You are "running" for a delegate slot as you go because that is part of the process. Get to know the rules in your state and make friends and influence LIKELY REPUBLICAN VOTERS!
