I've written my heart out across these fine interwebs in one blog or another, and nobody reads them. When people want to tell me how much of an asshole I am (or other negative things) they always manage to eek in "but you're a really good writer." I had a girl blow me off that way. I've had two teachers just fuck my grades up because they didn't agree with me, but "acknowledged" I could write. I once pissed of an Admiral, and apparently the only thing that saved my ass was my writing. But Nobody reads blogs (look at MySpace v. Facebook, blogs eliminated). Or more specifically, nobody reads my blogs, so I'm just posting this so I get that line under my name "Blog Entries: 1".

    The front page will be pulling from forum threads as well as blog entries.

    The better the content, the more likely it will be promoted for the non-sifters to read.

    Hey Josh, when can we expect the front page to be done? I know there is a ton of info backlogged here in the form of threads...just curious.

    It's functional now. There is a 4.2 fix coming that helps marry together comments better, so some testing will be done to see what works best before then.

    What did you have in mind?

    Ah, I see. I was thinking there would be more content there than a simple RSS feed look, but I'm not very in tune with how these things work. What kind of algorithm/criteria determines the content on the front page?

    There will be more content than you know what to do with!

    Content will be promoted by admins/moderators/volunteers.
