Talk about a terrible fallacy.

You don't privately own the USA. Therefore it can't even be compared to "your home." The USA isn't "yours" nor doe sit belong to anyone else.

But, even going by your logic your argument fails.

I mean, let us assume that the USA is like a house. In this analogy everyone who is a US citizen shares ownership in the house, like good little Socialists and Fascists. Well, I'm a USA citizen, meaning I own the house equally with you. In that case I can invite anyone I want to the house. You can't stop me since you don't own the house anymore than I do. And since I want to invite everyone who wants to come over, they can come. You have no right to stop them. After all, we both own the house equally and have equal rights to invite whoever we want over.

The best you then can do is keep the people I invite out of your private space, which we both acknowledge is NOT the entire house (or country) as I can go anywhere in the house I want that we share equal command over. For our analogy let us call this your bedroom. So I can invite anyone I want over, you can't stop me as we both own the house equally, and the only space you can limit access to is the space you and I don't share an equal command over. What then would be your bedroom in the real world? Your private property. This makes sense as you and I can go anywhere we want in the country but I can't go onto that land which si specifically yours without your permission, just like your bedroom in our analogous house.

So, even by your argument -America is like a house- the only logical and moral conclusion is that you have no legal, moral, or ethical right to regulate who comes in or out of the country, only that part of the country you control- i.e. your private property.

As for rape:
