Hey, got a motor question for you. When I turn on the milking machine vacuum pump, the motor does not run and it draws a LOT of current. The motor is not frozen up or anything, everything turns just fine. Does this sound like a bad capacitor and if so, how does one check a capacitor? P. P.S. Hi, how are ya?
