I made it to 60 pushups today. Still working on that 1000/day challenge!
Standard pushups, in sets of whatever works for you, throughout the day. I do sets of 50, then 40, 30, etc. as I get more tired. I got the idea from my brother's Airborne training where they did 1000 pushups the first day. I've done it a number of times, I want to commit to trying them as fast as I can and see if I can do 1000 in under an hour.
about your 1000 pushup/day challenge-do I need to do them all at once or can I break them into sets spread over the whole day? And is it standard "plank" form?
