Rand Paul Campaign: How can young people get involved?

Hey everyone,
I'm typing this post both as a reference for myself as well as for the countless other younger college-aged Rand supporters who post on these forums or are just browsing. I'm a college student in Illinois, my campus doesn't even have a YAL Chapter, and I'm graduating in August so not in a position to start one up myself right now. I really want to know how younger people in my position who can't financially contribute to the campaign can get involved. I consider myself an active supporter in a social/online sense but I would like to know who to get in touch with so that I can contribute the three things I do have an abundance of --- time, passion, and intelligence ---- to making this crazy dream of a Paul Presidency happen.
I know Rand has spoken of a 50-state strategy, but I don't think there's a whole lot going on in Illinois at this point (besides iowa being about 100 miles away)... I guess one question I have for some of the more seasoned activists on here would be: are we going to have a ground operation in a state like mine, if so how do I get involved, and if not where's a good place to start organizing one? I'm planning to graduate in August but have seriously considered putting it off until December to go to Iowa this summer to help out, if such a situation were possible.
I'd love any sort of advice in particular to how I can get involved, and would like this thread to also generally serve as a discussion place for younger Rand Paul supporters like myself who want to give what we can to this campaign but can't do it in the form of monetary donations.
