Rand Paul on lung surgery, false media narrative, Twitter hate mob - 8/15/19

I can't wait for his new book. It's going to be a must read.

I was astonished and sickened by the twitter responses after he announced he was having surgery. Even now, many of them are back with the same retarded responses. Clearly someone organizes this crap. Hope these sick and disgusting people are eventually outed.

Most big social media websites are full of bots. I am not saying that there isn't hateful people out there but its no coincidence that the people who run these companies would have an incentive to push narratives like this because they are against everything Rand Paul stands for.

I don't actually have any social media accounts, but I've bookmarked certain accounts for the news value. When you say "full of bots", do you mean human bots - as opposed to some sort of software? I get the sense that these people are like an organized club with an enemies list, which exists just to harass the people they hate. I have to wonder if someone organizes and pays them, because it's as if an alert goes out anytime Rand tweets something. It's clear most of them know little to nothing about what he actually supports - or how government even works! I just can't imagine anyone sitting around waiting for Rand (or whoever) to tweet something, just so they can respond with an unclever, canned responses - at least, not without being paid for it! It's psychotic!

Seems to me that organizing and maybe paying people to harass, literally wishing death, upon others would be a crime. Since every twitter account requires a legal name (?) as well as the user name, theoretically, could the real names of these disgusting persons be exposed under some circumstances?

Fake accounts, and paid promoters, its something that they do to keep real people playing. Just like casinos pay people to gamble because it entices people to gamble that wouldn't otherwise. They pay people to promote clubs and bring people and just to go to clubs to entice people to go into the club because they see people in it too.

There is no one more hated by the media, by the establishment, by the pundits, by the propagandists, by the intelligencia, by the mindless mobs, than someone who opposes the welfare/warfare state.

Rand Paul: 'Left Wing Mob Wishes I Was Dead'
In a rare interview regarding his health, Senator Rand Paul told Fox News that he is still recovering from being violently attacked by a mentally disturbed neighbor two years ago, but that one of the most disturbing aspects of the incident is the continued hatred being directed his way by a ‘left wing mob’.

“[O]ne of the disturbing things, though, is to see that there’s still so much hatred out there. We announced that I was having surgery and thousands of people on Twitter are swarming to wish … that I had either died or that someone would assault me again,” Paul urged.

“This is supposed to be a right-wing phenomenon, but I see thousands of people on Twitter, this left-wing mob wishing that I were dead, and I’m like, ‘Who are these people?” he added.



The Senator also noted that actor Tom Arnold was one of the people who wished someone would assault Paul again, in a tweet that was retweeted by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

A similar tweet was sent out by ‘singer’ Bette Midler.

Elsewhere during the interview, Paul criticized his attacker’s 30-day prison sentence, saying that it was on a par with a punishment for “shoplifting.”

“Thirty days is kind of what you’d give a shoplifting person, or a very, very minor crime,” he stated.

Paul is a Libertarian, and is known for being fiscally conservative. He is not a populist. Although he agrees with the president on some issues, he certainly cannot be compared to Trump. Indeed, Paul often brings up points of contention with Trump.

Broadly speaking, much like his father, Paul is a much respected family man of values and principles, which form his politics.

But still, Paul has been continuously subjected to the most vile threats and hate from leftists.

This only goes to show how twisted this group really are.

I did not hear Rand call the Kurds "ingrates". Think she's misinformed... again.

I DO NOT promote violence but... Rand Paul says the Kurds are being “ingrates” for taking their frustrations out on US troops. Which is a good reminder for us all to be more grateful for the neighbor who beat the $#@! out of Rand Paul.
