They're dying off, hopefully that fear goes with them:

      Move over Baby Boomers.

The Millennial generation - people who are in young adulthood - have surpassed you in population, according to an analysis of new Census figures.

The review by the Pew Research Center shows that Millennials, generally those people who were between 18 and 34 last year, now number 75.4 million, while Baby Boomers, who are between 51 and 69, number 74.9 million, according to the analysis.

For a time, Baby Boomers held court as a prominent group born just after World War II and part of a 14-year rise in birthrate around the world.

But no more. And Tuesday's news won't be the end of the trend, according to Pew.

Generation X, those people who are between 35 and 50, will most likely surpass Baby Boomers in population by 2028, according to Pew.

The reason for the Millennial-Baby Boomer interchange is that numbers of young immigrants continue to grow while Baby Boomers continue to increase in age and die, Pew noted.

The Millennial generation is predicted to reach its peak in 2036 at 81.1 million people, Pew says.

On C-Span's Washington Journal yesterday, they had a guy on who had something to do with some kind of Harvard study on Millennials. One of the things he said was that Millennials favored socialism over capitalism.

Baby boomers worked pretty hard at contributing to the mess, im sure the millennials will have to get themselves out of it, unless you have a plan to make America great again in like the next 10 years? The millennials have to thank the boomers for their socialist education as well, it's going to make it that much harder to make things better in the near term. Socialism doesn't work, so I'm sure the millennials will figure out sooner, rather then later, the education was bull$#@! just like the promises and false dreams their baby boomer parents gave them. They are the most highly educated generation, along with the highest unemployment and the most conservative spending habits. I think real life will take its course with the millennials, certainly after the debt and monster government the boomers left, grinds the economy to a halt.

I know how hip it is to blame the children for the mess we are in, so why don't you continue.

That’s a very limited life. Life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact, and that is - everything around you that you call life, was made up by people that were no smarter than you. And you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use.

The minute that you understand that you can poke life and actually something will, you know if you push in, something will pop out the other side, that you can change it, you can mold it. That’s maybe the most important thing. It’s to shake off this erroneous notion that life is there and you’re just gonna live in it, versus embrace it, change it, improve it, make your mark upon it.

I think that’s very important and however you learn that, once you learn it, you’ll want to change life and make it better, cause it’s kind of messed up, in a lot of ways. Once you learn that, you’ll never be the same again.
