A new site has come about, riding the wave of the WikiLeaks phenomenon and going into the 2012 election season. PolitiLeaks (politileaks.com) will be the hub for gathering information on all politicians moving forward, whether revealed by staffers or concerned citizens.

The site is set up in the wiki format where regular users can add their content and inform us of what these politicians are up to behind the scenes.

During the 2008 season there were some revelations from the different camps. Giuliani's full campaign plan was accidentally left somewhere and found by someone who was not on his staff. It ended up revealing his plan for going forward in 2008 as well as his weaknesses that he wanted to be kept out of the spotlight such as his many marriages and cross dressing episodes. His campaign ended soon after the New Hampshire election, never truly recovering from the lost files.

Sarah Palin was hit during her Vice Presidential run by a hacker that broke into her Yahoo e-mail account revealing all of her e-mail messages from months back. She never got into the good graces of the public and this exposure didn't help a bit as she and John McCain ended up losing shortly thereafter.

Who knows how things will play out in 2012, but PolitiLeaks is sure to stir things up as time goes on.
