A few days ago, Conservative Hero Rep. Paul Broun presented a motion to instruct conferees on the Highway Transit Bill to keep spending limits low. This should be a no-brainer... YOU DON'T SPEND WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE! I would advocate ending all federal spending on transportation. But for now, Rep.
