Apologies - I have to ask this question before every debate. :D

Does anybody happen to know what the arrangement of the stage will be tonight? Will our guy be a bookend?

You will only find out when the debate starts. I hope they explain how the candidates were assigned their spot on the stage. If they don't, I can see the debate being at least somewhat biased...

My guess is that Rudy is in the middle with McCain on one side and Romney on the other.

Huckabee next to McCain and Ron Paul next to Romney.

Here it is:

The podium order for tonight's Republican presidential debate is:, from left to right, audience view: Romney, McCain, Giuliani, Paul Huckabee.
Brian Williams will be on stage left; Tim Russert will be on stage right. Twice, the audience will be brought into the conversation.

they'll probably seat RON PAUL in the least favorable light and at the odd angle. Split screen is to be expected. MCCAIn and GHOUILIANI are rehearsing hideous cackling sounds in front of mirrors as we speak.

Giuliani is in the middle. If that isn't a blatant attempt to boost Rudy back into the game, I don't know what is.
