Relationship between PAC's and campaign?

I have a question and I don't know if its been addressed before. I need to know the extent to which the official campaign can coordinate with a local PAC/meetup group.

I am the county coordinator for the official campaign and a lot of issues seem very vague to me. Is informing precinct captains about local meetup groups and PAC's a violation? Can we use office space used by a local PAC?

What is allowed and what is not?!

We PAC's are trying to help the campaign without permission or asking too many questions because WE DON'T HAVE ANY TIME TO WASTE!
