he has stated he wants to be a king maker. He wants to win delegates so he can give them to Obama or Hillary, his choice. They may as well back Obama or Hillary instead of letting Edwards vote for them.

Ron Paul wants to win. He is not campaigning for VP like Edwards is.

i think each of the presidential candidates has good intentions. We are better off not focusing our energies on digging up dirt or attacking, but rather making sure people know the differences in their positions or issues and most importantly What Ron Paul stands for!

Do you or your friends know about or understand the negative significance of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations)? If so, his economic advisor, Leo Hindery, is a CFR member. They have one agenda - global government - NAU - new world order - what ever you want to call it. It is worth studying. You will see that he, as well as Obama and Clinton all have advisors or are members of the CFR, as well as all of the Republicans except Ron Paul.

Yes, they must understand too that both parties are basically just dividing the people against each other, while they both achieve the same results taking different paths. The left will be touted as socialists, the right as fascists. Both bring the same end result....loss of freedom to the people.

Don't know how else to help you, since I am not sure where you are at yourself on Ron Paul's positions, which by the way, are all totally opposite of what the CFR and globalists are pushing for.

I think Edward did a lot of damage to hospitals with all of his lawsuits. He probably single-handedly drove up the cost of health care. On top of that, he's connected with the Bildeburg group and CFR. The main groups obsessed with world government. Totalitarianism that is, and all the horrors that go with it.

honestly, i have an Edwards friend and he knows all this. i think the biggest fear that Edwards supporters have is a fear of the free market, "corporate greed," etc.

i have no bloody idea why Edwards appeals to some of these people.

That is where I would start. How is he going to pay for his socialistic views? Debt. The state of the dollar. We can't do it. Then give them the speech on raising the value of dollar. At least getting the spending under control in the federal govt.. That is what makes people wealthier. Creates new jobs etc. ect. Now they can pay for their own damn health insurance.

Ask questions to them to get them thinking. Then give them info on where ROn Paul stands. And give them edwards website to see where he stands and also show them how he's voted. Let them decide for themselves. Just remind them that it's not sweet talking that makes a president good. It's his policies and decision making. Get them informed and let them come to the right conclusion. You don't have to attack or throw dirt at anyone.

if they like Edwards, attacking him will only make them defend him - find out the things you agree with Edwards on - or some positive things he has done, then define things that Paul has done and then go into Paul stand on major issues like the IRS / income tax, Iraq war, how he will cut spending and shrink the govt vs edwards will create more government and more taxes and more of a welfare state

I dont like to prey on edwards supporters. I like having edwards in the race. Its good to keep him in the race as the White male option for dems to vote for. Anything that pulls votes from hillary is good to me.

If you really must convert them, explain to them the difference between a socialist democracy and a constitutional republic.
