Just thought it was necessary to give total props to Brett Sanders and the hard-working people of Louisiana's 5th District.

Even though provisional ballots haven't been counted -- based on current results, the 5th District elected 8 of 15 Ron Paul Delegates to the State Convention!

If this holds, the 5th District Delegation will be dominated by Paulites and we're in a solid position to send at least 3 Ron Paul Delegates to the national convention.

I'm still digging through the results of the other districts, but thought this merited attention.

Just shows what some focused work can accomplish!

Great job, people!

I get 4 delegates for the 5th district - before provisionals.

What we need from the Provisionals

District 1 (no delegates yet?)
169 provisionals
number of vote margin needed
(what this means (for 5, for example)
is how many more votes our 5th best vote getter
needs to get than their 5th worst vote getter to get our 5th slot)

1 34
2 52
3 56
4 70
5 75

District 2 (no delegates yet?)
81 provisionals

1 2
2 9
3 24
4 34
5 37

District 3 (confusing - are there 15 or 20 here?)
assuming 15, no delegates, not enough provisionals to matter

District 4 (1 delegate)
85 Provisionals

1 9
2 23
3 46
4 74
5 94

District 5
70 Provisionals (4 delegates)

1 3
2 18
3 52
4 57
5 67

District 6
69 Provisionals (no delegates yet?)

1 39
2 42
3 44
4 47
5 50

District 7
124 Provisionals (no delegates, not enough provisionals)
