...but how in the world can it take more than 8 hours to count 650 ballots?
I live hundreds of miles away but we're getting to the point where I could have driven to LA personally, picked up the ballots, driven them to the SOS office, and cross-referenced each ballot with the voter registration personally in less time than it is taking!
