If I am correct, WV has many uncommitted delegates that are due at the Charleston Convention center the morning of Feb 5th. Is there a rally planned outside that morning? I would be very committed to making a rally there in the pre-dawn hours. I think its so important because West Virginia reports early in the day on Super Tuesday. This could influence thousands of voters elsewhere.
