So I get a call today about 2 hours ago.

Call: "Hello, I'm with the so and so group doing a census for the Illinois Republican Presidential primary, wondered if I could have a few minutes..... blah...."

Me: "Sure"

Call: "Will you definitely, Maybe, or definitely not be voting in the Republican Presidential Primary?"

Me: "Definitely"

Call: "Will you be voting for Mike Huckabee, Rudy Gulianni, Mitt Romney or John McCain?"

Me: "Ron Paul, actually."

Call: "Oh, Didn't he drop out of the race?"

Me: "No, he most certainly did not."

Call: "Well, who would be your next choice if he did?"


I hung up.

Funny - I actually did that to the RNC who called and asked me "to rate on a scale 1-10 how important that a Republican wins...?

(I said 10) next....

RNC: .... will you make a donation to RNC...?
Me: "No"
RNC: "But, I thought it was important to you to have a Republican in the White House."
Me: "It is, but only if the republican is, Ron Paul. I donate to his campaign, only."
RNC: "But, what if he doesn't win the nomination?"
Me: "I'll vote Democrat."

He was speechless.
