The reason why Bush wants to attack Iran is because they have stopped accepting US dollar as a payment for their oil in December 2007 and instead they want Euro. This is Iran's "Nuclear Weapon."

Nope. Lying is unethical, but not a felony. You have to be aware of a specific crime, you have to be present for the crime, and you have to make the arrest at the time the crime is being committed.

Trust me. As someone who has executed a citizen's arrest on a shoplifter, you cannot do one on Bush or his cronies. That ship sailed.

Then you would have to prove Bush lied or that he was simply reporting what had been told to him, which I think is far more likely. It is the career people that have access to the POTUS that are far more dangerous than the Prez himself.
