From Michele Gaudin in meetup 200

It is impossible to reach Jason Dore of the LAGOP by phone, and an email is better proof:

JUST PROVISIONAL VOTERS!!!! We don't want to spam this guy.
ANYONE WHO HAD TO CAST A PROVISIONAL VOTE PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO JASON DORE jdore@lagop.com AT THE LA GOP and CC: louisianaGOP@gmail.com to this effect:

Dear Jason,
I was legally registered to vote as a Republican by the deadline of November 30 . I had and have proof that I was registered on time. I was only allowed to cast a "provisional" vote. I expect my vote to count and I want to be notified by email of the ruling and whether my vote was counted or not.

Sincerely,
Name
Phone Number

bumping. I sent an email on behalf of my husband and I. Our votes were in district 3 which apparently "doesn't matter" because it wont change the outcome, but I still want my vote counted, regardless. That is the point of voting after all, to have your vote accounted for.

If you had to write your name on it or address then it was provisional. I think it was blue. Did you have to go to the Z line to get your ballot?

What criteria did they use to shunt some voters into the provisional catagory? Did you have a card that you showed or ?

Mine was pink or some floresent orange looking color. We had to write our info on the back, but mine was for district 3. We had to tell her what district we were and THEN she handed us a ballot. I'm guessing the provisional ballots were color coordinated per district.

Me too, but my name was on the list. My 96 year old mother-in-law was provisional, so I just sent the email in her behalf.
