We have NO official results.

Everything we've heard so far is just anecdotal. All 7 Districts involved multiple sites, so talking about the results of 1 caucus site doesn't tell us anything.

Stop stop stop stop stop.

We don't just have 1 caucus site...
We have several sources from around the state along with meetup members here... And we can speculate all we damn want! It is 12:29 AM and we can do whatever the hell we want to. This gets us excited! and Happy! Quit trying to bring people down! If you can't be optomistic about this campaign, go away...

Okay. Be an idiot and embarrass the movement.

Its not like it is headline news because we are talking about it in a internet forum.... if we are wrong, we are wrong... It isn't going to be on CNN if we are mistaken...

People don't realize what bias we have. If it were up to our biases, we would have won Iowa, Wyoming, New Hampshire, Michigan, Nevada, South Carolina...

How transparent is the vote counting? Why would it take so long?

I understand that you're a RP supporter, and therefore a "small government" guy. I just gotta ask why Huey Long? I understand the man was a great politician(too great apparently), but I can't think of a single political stance him and RP have in common.

Just curious..

Huey Long opposed the federal income tax, the federal reserve and the big bankers. Also, was against the 'war machine', like RP.

Also -- RP was born the year Huey died (1935).

By the way -- to reiterate -- we have NO real results.

Ok, thats still sort of a stretch. I grant you the FED, but he was also such a huge socialist. The man actually proposed national income caps and embodied the "Share the Wealth" movement.

Don't get me wrong, as a Louisiana boy, I'll always have a special place in my heart for Huey, but I'd never vote for him :)

Every Man a King! Huey Long despised the Federal Reserve and believed they were the cause of the depression. Sound familiar?

He also thought the "New Deal" was to conservative and should have done more....

lol, sorry man, I didn't mean to come off as overbearing. Like I said, I like the Huey Legacy, I was mostly just curious and making conversation while stuck at work and browsing the forum.

Didn't mean to offend. :)

In district 7 a little over 900 people showed up to cast their votes for delegates. I would bet atleast 100 meetup members showed up. When I got their there was a bunch of people outside waving Ron Paul signs even up to a mile away at nearby trafic I would say ten people. I was assaulted by the joint forces of the ghoul, thomson, & the huckster before I got to the Ron Paul booth. I would imagine the Ronulan's & Paulistas brought family members also so I think we had it in the bag. Oh I also want to mention the meetup group is small 130 members but they worked hard and were organised while the other campaigns ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. I also woke up in a city dominated by Ron Paul signs I was amazed.

Ahhh You can give us our Kennedy because that is Huey Long. Oh btw He was killed because He pissed off alot of really powerfull people. He railed against standard oil and suck it to them and guess who owned that ......... The Rockefellers the same evil peple we hate. I will say the enemy of our enemy could be our friend. Oh btw You might call him a socialist but at that time the wealthy had everything in lousiana and the poor had nothing. There was hardly a middle class and Huey fought for the poor while skimming a little off the top but that Louisiana politics. What is funny is Louisiana is known for political corruption but atleast our governors that are corrupt are honest enough to admit it and the do get stuff for the people.

some due caution should be well noted here, there are reports that the "pro life" group won a majority in some sites, so some responsibility on the matter of reporting should be justified!

Very. Pair up with a supporter from the Enemy Camp, and you too can count votes! At least that's how it worked in Lafayette.

Celestial -- any idea what the vote count was in Lafayette?
