lol, just got a voicemail from my father and all he said was....
"Hey **** just letting you know that I'm no longer support McCain and that Fred Thomspon dropped out"
He's been a McCain supporter for quite a while based on 2000 (against Bush obviously), but overtime McCain's hawkish stance on the war, campaign finance, immigration, etc have eaten away at him. For the longest time his support for McCain was based on him being the better of many evils. But he's grown to like Ron Paul.
I'm assuming he's a Paul supporter now since he's been saying it was McCain>Paul for a few weeks now and this certainly helps. I'll call him up tommorow and find out what the trigger was since it seems pretty sudden. But yes certainly happy that another McCain supporter has turned :) Now if I can just convince him to donate towards the campaign.
