18-Wheeler Crash Stalls Traffic
An accident on I-10 westbound is causing heavy delays for people trying to cross the Mississippi River.
Both westbound lanes of I-10 are stopped and the eastbound lanes are slow-moving due to the crash.
Baton Rouge police say about 75 gallons of diesel has spilled on the bridge and the cleanup is expected to take quite a while.
They are urging people to avoid the I-10 bridge and instead, use the Hwy 190 bridge to get across the river.
