My sister went to Shreveport 2 months ago and came back reporting that Ron Paul signs are EVERYWHERE. I've heard anecdotally here on the forums several times about good things happening in LA -- specifically I recall one guy going out in the rain all over the state to put up something like 700 signs on the very first national sign bomb...

I imagine alot of eyes were woken up by Katrina that federal government doesn't solve problems well -- also the volunteer spirit there in the aftermath was inspiring -- seems like it would be a great state for RP.

Good luck!

Would someone explain to me what exactly is going on today?

I thought the primary was Feb. 9th (at least according to the RP website)

Caucus voting for about half the delegates. We're in good shape. If no one gets 51% of the primary vote, we're in even better shape.

So half of the delegates are decided by caucus and half by primary? Interesting.

Good Luck Louisiana !

I have an affection for Louisiana. I worked in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and I worked in Lake Charles, Sulphur, and Vinton after Hurricane Rita.

Working as a Army Corps of Engineer contractor, I know first hand how sloppy the Federal Response really was.
