What do you all think about creating rules for RP supporters. Some things to follow like:

Do not chase down journalist? (Sean Hannity)

Do not interrupt press conferences

etc.

It will not be containment, just support or guidance for all supporters.

This could be used by RP himself. If the media where to ask him why his supporters where doing this or that, then he could say it wasn't his supporter because we have rules etc.
