If the RP camapaign partakes in a caucus strategy, part of the problems is highlighting our successes. Take Lousiana for example, we may very well get most of our delegate slates to the state convention, but since everybody is technically uncomitted, its hard for the MSM to report the results with a winner and loser. So such results tend to get lost compared to the bigger primaries.
That's why I think it would eb a good idea to set a news service where we can take all the caucus results, put them into a short press release and then spread over to our favorite blogs site or such or have other bloggers look at them and copy them as well so that successes we have don't go unnoticed.
