Looks like at least 2 more representatives have signed onto the bill in the past few days. Sitting at 21 cosponsors now..

Please - If you haven't already - contact your representative and ask them to support and cosponsor H.R. 2605. Explain to them that H.R. 2956 will only extend the war and keep us entangled in the middle east and is not the right bill to get our troops home.

Find & contact your representative here.. email and follow up with a call. It's simple and takes just a few minutes. http://www.congress.org/congressorg/home

Remember if this bill is passed, it will be our man, Ron Paul who will get a large amount of credit for getting us out of Iraq and bringing men & women home!

This man is truly amazing.. How about this bill - H.R. 2755

To abolish the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, and for other purposes. aka the Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act

I think that would be H. J. Res. 46 (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=hj110-46)

Well, remember most bills get passed by represenatives who haven't even read them. The only way to get this bill the attention it deserves is if we make certain our representatives hear from us! It's time to take this country back and put the power back in the hands of the people. No more letting others do it for us.. because noone will!

I'm not certain, I wasn't keeping track. There were 19 when I checked last thursday or so.

Why aren't we asking the media about this bill? Has Olbermann ranted about it yet?

Why aren't we asking the media about this bill?

How can we get some more exposure to this bill? Antiwar.com should do an article about why 2605 is better than 2956.

any and all exposure they gave this bill would inadvertantly give exposure to Ron. I'm guessing this is why we havent seen anything in the media about it.

Where's Kucinich? You'd think he'd be a cosponsor.

Some Democratic blog a few days ago was complaining that RP sat out the vote on H.R. 2605. I guess that's the one that leaves some troops in Iraq indefinitely. I need to go read the bill.

Not sure I understand the question even if you typed it right... all I was saying is that I like what they've been saying (and voting) in the House and Senate.

argh.. I got a letter back from my rep stating he had supported H.R. 2956, I think he's your typical party-line voting democrat. God I'd like to tell these people to get minds of their own!

Ron Paul's explanation of why 2956 will only extend our responsibilities in the Middle East: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/record.xpd?id=110-h20070712-29&bill=h110-2605#sMonofilemx003Ammx002Fmmx002Fmmx002Fmhomemx00 2Fmgovtrackmx002Fmdatamx002Fmusmx002Fm110mx002Fmcr mx002Fmh20070712-29.xmlElementm241m0m0m
