Most pardons should be outlawed IMO. Clinton 1st loved them too.

The idea that this could happen is just...well...wrong. However, pardoning them of was crimes in the states doesn't get them off the hook in the rest of the world.

If you think a jury in the US would actually convict them of war crimes, think about all the mobsters that go free because of jury intimidation and bribes. If you think these guys couldn't put a good scare into an American jury...think again.
