Most of those comments are from a set bury brigade. If you look at their profiles, they rarely ever submit an article. Their profile is filled with just negative comments on Ron Paul articles.....or any article criticizing an establishment candidate from either party.

Obama had his share of bullshit to deal with the smoking (like I would give a shit about the man's personal habits), the accusations of getting sucked off in a limo (which sounds like total bullshit given the story, even if true I could care less), and the bullshit Fox News made up claims about being Muslim.
