That doesn't seem likely but there could be some miracle or change in donations speed that makes it possible. I think 3mil is the highest that we would likely get in this 24 hour period.. It definitely beats any current candidates 1 day records ;P Right now I'm hoping for 3 million and expecting at least two million.

If RP wins a state, I could see that happening..

That's what's kind of sad because his supporters are saying why don't YOU win a state first and THEN you can have our money. But it's the MONEY that helps him WIN the state. The money is so important in countering all the anti-RP MSM crap. So I see it the other way around. If we break our Money Bomb record then RP can win a state.

$3 million would be a nice haul. $4 million looks like a stretch. i think the early primary performances may have deflated some enthusiasm. RP doesn't speak like he can win, certainly not with any force, and I think that's had an adverse effect, too.

These trends have held up both on 11/5 and 12/16.
We'll get around 2 MIL today.
Pretty solid considering many of us are maxed out.
I think we are getting some new blood though... it seems offline donations are bigger than in the past.

how do you track offline donations throughout the day? don't they post them to the running total periodically, or will they do that at the end of the day?

yes, tapped out. some are maxed out.
