We have definitely gotten the word out about the rally successfully. It's up on WAFB.com and The Advocate/WBRZ's webpage. I also called NBC/FOX this morning and they already knew. And I got on WJBO live this morning and made the announcement but they had already known about it too and commented about how it was all over the news. Yeah, thanks to us! :) In yesterday's Advocate newspaper it was on the front page of the metro section.

Just wanted to update those of you who have been following this.

Here are the links:

I've found this ;) http://youtube.com/watch?v=RhWw0chDYSE Ron Paul came and spoke to a group of supporters here in Shreveport, Louisiana, and had a very warm welcoming!

I saw the romney supporters, that was pretty funny.

I wasn't sure where to go for a while, when I was trying to get to the hotel, but then I saw a billion Ron Paul signs and knew I was on the right track.

I recorded a bunch on my camera, but I couldn't get his whole speech. I probably have about 12-15 minutes of it, and some really good pictures I can link later.

The N.O. Rally was great.

We greeted Ron with chants of "Who Dat Who Dat Who Dat Say They Gonna Beat Ron Paul"

How many people do you think were in New Orleans?

Shreveport: 250 people

Baton Rouge: (they say 1,000) but I think it was more like 600 (could be wrong)

New Orleans:?

New Orleans:?

In Baton Rouge, I counted the chairs. There were 900 chairs laid out (I didnt count everyone, but they were laid out in a nice grid :)) all the chairs had a matching person (in my estimation)

yeah, my guess is 800-900. There were some empty chairs in the back, but plenty of people standing up on the sides and back.

There were a whole lot in NO, I really have no way of judging the number. But, I'll go for it anyway and say 500.
We were packed in like sardines, and there were still people outside of the ball room in the hall.

Alot of people in Baton Rouge and I was so suprised considering it was only a few days notice + its was during work. I was sitting in front of the Romney people and they looked scared :) I think they need to fear Romney more!!!!

I'd be willing to do the same. I'm just a poor college kid, but I'll be glad to donate.

I don't know if you saw me, I was a guy with a messenger bag and a brown jacket that had paint on it. Yep, I dress pretty well for these kinds of things.

Man, I'm so jealous. I'd be so star-struck if I could just shake hands with Ron. I'm willing to drive, so I'll just have to be on the lookout for his schedule. I DID get to take a ride in the Ron Paul Limo today though with husband and kids :/ Would have been a bit cooler if Ron had been in there too though :)

Great photos - thanks for posting!!!!!!!!

This is the last part of the video... linking it first. The bulk of the video will have to be worried about tomorrow or something. I'll have the intro up in a bit. I wish I could have recorded the whole of his speech... if only I had recorded on a lower quality.

Man, I was trying to hold back from buying into an actual planned purposely plotted MSM blackout, but this is just ridiculous. I was watching the Ch9 news at 10 while my friend was watching Ch2. There was absolutely nothing on Ch9 and on Ch2 they showed a quick blip of his picture and didn't even mention that he had been in town today. How can you show his picture and not say he was here?!!!!!!!!!

AAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Okay I feel a little better..... maybe

if you look at one of my pics one of the cameras is for channel 33? I don't know what that is, though.

edit: is that an abc logo on the side, too?

Victory tomorrow, despite MSM reporting will be sweet, just the same.... let us march into the state convention with an army!

33 is the NBC affiliate, but it was just my friend and I she tried to catch some of NBC during commercial breaks but we didn't get to see the whole thing, so I can't judge them yet.

We were at the rally in BR... it was just like being in a utube video. lots of energy.

DR Paul seems to be a real personable and approachable person.

Allllll the way in the back. I had to do a double take when I saw the Romney signs. They just need to put his hair on his campaign materials so it's more distinguishable.

The Romney people had their ear plug in and blinders so they would not be infected. BTR is the best truely inspiring rally and MLK march. God Bless
