Revolution."

I don't mean to downplay the (first) American revolution, but I was thinking, when you look at the beast we are fighting, and the many arms and legs and eyes and ears and all sorts of strange tentacles that this beast has (MSM, CORPORATISM, Government corruption and ulterior motives), and how hard it is to fight this beast, and how we are silenced and slandered and smeared by the beast, and yet we are still going strong and fighting on- fighting the beast of tyranny and enslavement, of lies, smoke and mirrors, of the erosion of civil liberties, fighting a creature who has no soul nor empathy and who has a conscience only determined by the size of the beast's (and the minions of the beast)wallets and bank vaults - when you consider all of this, is it being disrespectful to consider that we are witnessing a revolution as important as that first one, one that may not happen over months, but will ultimately happened (as those who were asleep are now awake, never to sleep until this war has been fought and won) - can we refer to this as the second American revolution - not a revolution against foreign enemies, but this time, this time, against the enemy within - the domestic one - the very government (and media and corporations) that rules our lives and determines to do whatever they want, with little regard to us whose lives they rule over.

Maybe time will tell whether this reverent title of 'the second American revolution' can be worthily used.
