Is someone compiling evidence about what fox is doing to us and how can we use this to stop them. It HAS to be against the law for a corporation to blatently attempt to hinder the electoral process. Is this not treasonous? Hope someone has some knowledge of the law out there. Class action lawsuit maybe?

In the free society we want to promote, they should be free to be stupid. ;)

Why would it be against the law? They are a business.

They have the right to have whatever spin on their topics they desire. Ron Paul would be SEVERELY against any government sanctions against a company for not following other people's moral and ethical creeds.

I dont think anyone is compiling evidence, as there really is none. Its already been well documented, that Faux News skews the news how they see fit. Did you not see Out Foxed yet?

Nope. No acts of treason here.

Class action lawsuit maybe?

For what? Sue them because they skew the news as they see fit? Is there a law against that? Nope. This has been going on, pretty much since the inception of this country. Use Google and do some research. Youll see just how bad it has been for the last couple hundred years.

Only reason you are just now seeing it, and reacting to it, is because it is happening to a candidate that you support. Did you feel this way when Al Gore was SCREAMING the elections were rigged? Or when John Kerry believed the Ohio votes were rigged? Nope, you probably didnt.

Why should they?

It's a tagline. Just like "Coke: The Real Thing" or "The Ron Paul Revolution" or "Billions and Billions Served"

That's all it is. It's just a tagline. They don't have to define it, or clarify it, or anything that. It's not a contract. It's just a selling point.

Look, what you're saying about fox is not something that has just happened in your campaign in the past year. It's been going on for nearly a decade. Now that you're the target , it sucks, doesn't it?

Rest assured , though, there's nothing you can get them on. It's been done, and it's been tried. Just turn it off, and pick a different channel.

And we have the right to do a Fox black out causing them billions of dollars in loss, because they choose to put a bias spin on it. Instead of being fair and well balanced.

Absolutely you do.

But suing them and calling them treasonous will get you nowhere.

Remember , these guys ARE the republican party, and, unfortunately, RP decided to play for the Republican team.

He pissed off Fox, so he gets the silent treatment.

Just wait, though. One day, down the road, if Ron Paul does something, gets re-elected, Fox decides to bring the newsletters up with some "proof " that Paul wrote them, etc... they're little crawl will say at the bottom:

(D) Ron Paul-TX , tied directly to violent racists.

Then they'll claim it as a "mistake."

Dan Rather loses his job for that level of a mistake. Fox, they make people that do shit like that at Fox into the White House Press Secretary.

They are not exactly a free enterprise. Like the oil business, they are quasi-public and rent the airwaves from the government. They have restrictions on their behavior from the FCC too. And many stations, as part of their license, are required to devote X number of hours to certain subjects.

If they were to blatantly try to sway voters or something or put out false information that affected the electoral process, they could run afoul of the law. But then you have to prove they did so and that it was their intent to do so. A pretty high standard if you ask me.

There is only one way you can defeat Fox, you have to impact their wallet. You really can't nail them in a lawsuit, unless you have a "smoking gun". Besides even if you did have undeniable evidence, a lawsuit is really only as good as the money supporting it.

The best way is a fox news black out, if you can get a grassroots effort of let's say a million people, hell even 500k, you could seriously impact there wallet.

I think a free market solution should work here. Lets make sure we dont use FOX and just keep talking about what Fox is doing.. Im sure this is going to make good internet history and a video will be compiled.

I believe Fox News is owned by Israel (Rupert Murdoch)

It should be illegal for foreign powers to have majority control of our media
