You have to have substantial media or professional references to add a neologism to Wikipedia. "South Park Republican" qualifies but "Team America World Police Republican" wouldn't.

the article will probably get shot down without some actual references to the "ron paul republican" term.

What you'll need to do is add links to everyone you include on the article either saying they ARE a Ron Paul Republican or proof that they're Ron Paul supporters.

That could give the article a prayer of remaining in existence.

This article is going down...

Oh well. Everything good gets booted off of Wikipedia. Like the Librarian entry after Colbert said they're hiding something.:p

I have a feeling this article will be deleted. And you can't write an editorial on wikipedia.

Unless you're venomously opposed to 'conspiracy' entries on Wikipedia, regardless of the research supporting them. It's almost like the Digg Bury Brigade over there. Someone should make that one 'pedia scanner's findings big news everywhere.

So do we keep the article up, what sources do they need to legitimize the term ?

Probably any 'reputable' news source mentioning the term, videos/written evidence that they call themselves that or actively support Ron Paul.
