Automated INBOUND messaging system - Need help

Can someone direct me to an INBOUND ONLY machine or call center or product that will take inbound calls ('n' number), and give the USER multple choices to select from a MAIN menu..

ie..

thank you for calling, we appreciate your business - if you want to know about 'colors' please press one of the following options.

press 1 for red
press 2 for green
press 3 for blue
press 4 for orange

Press the star key anytime to return to the main menu.

You need a PBX with IVR functionality. You can set one up using the Free asterisk or callweaver software on any halfway decent machine with a fast Internet connection, or you can rent a virtual one on a monthly basis.
